So, I was watching the Professional Latin Dance competition on tv last night, and then I saw Christina Aguilera's "Candyman" video this morning. I want their legs!! Any ideas?
My leg workout is as follows:
Firm Standing Legs or Tough Tape 2 or 3x a week
Stationary Bike for 40 minutes on highest resistance 3x a week
Windsor Pilates butt video 2 or 3x a week
There are no gyms near me, and I don't have a squat rack. I know the biggest way to change your legs is to work them until fatigue. How do I do that at home? Any suggestions?
