    Default mascara question

There was a thread about small eyes a while back, and I was wondering which kind of mascara would make them look the biggest: lengthening, or a thikening formula, or something else? I hate that goopy white shit, so thats out. Also, The greatt diorshow mascara everyon eis talking about, how does that measure up to lancoms definicils? And which type is best for smallish eyes? - also I'm thinking brown instead of black would also help them look bigger, is this right?

They use Bad Gal Lash by Benefit on me at photoshoots when I need to have thick lashes without adding on fakes.

To make your eyes look bigger put white eye pencil on your bottom lid (the inside part). As for the mascara I don't think colour would make a difference but maybe put extra on the outer lashes and not so much or non on the inner. You could also get your eyelashes permed so that they really curl up. I think lengthening would be better than thickening.

oh my diorshow blows the lancome definicils away in my opinion... I would love to try the YSL mascara that everybody is raving about as well.

Hey, dear. I have small eyes, also. Right now I'm rockin' Volume Exact in very black by Covergirl. I feel that brown color is more for very light complected, it washes out on me. Sometimes I powder my lashes lightly to give a little boosst. They have some interesting mascaras in Sephora catalog, (my Lord the prices!!) including Bad Girl in a deep dark blue to make eye whites whiter, some Japanese stuff that's supposed to be exra lengthening, etc. I just personally don't want to fork out $$$ for them.

the diorshow really is the shiznit. Blows the lancome out of the water. I found the extra large applicator a wee bit akward at first...but maybe that helps it work so well. My puny lashes looked like falsies.

Definicils is great- but it gives a more natural look. Go with Diorshow. If you don't want to spend the $23, try Max Factor Lash Perfection. You'll get noticeable long lashes for about $9.

Try using a couple of coats of a lengthening formula, followed by a thickening formula mascara.

I love Fresh supernove mascara. You can find it at sephora. Always curl your lashes this is a must! You should also have an eyelash comb, I like the ones with the metal teeth, You can get one from target from the sonia kasuk makeup line. Make sure you do a couple of coats of mascara, allow a couple of seconds between each coat.
