For all the $$$ and "upscale" people there are in this state, that is constantly at the front of all the rich lists, and they sell movie theater rows of chairs for your home theater at the local mall, I actually feel bad for these men and their options!
Is it the mafia? Why are the laws so draconian like that---and someone tell me, how do you sell dances that great when you are in a go-go bar? Can you even take yr clothes off during a lap dance? (I really do want the answer to this question!) And I worked in a nude one (only nudes and go-go's here) for a month, and it was just bad. In Bergen County too! Can't have a bar, and the only alcohol they can bring is beer.
I checked out 5, yes 5 places this past week with my bf, and the one place was $10 a piece to get in, and $8 apiece at the bar--that is $36 for two ppl to buy some bottled water and see one misshapen female on her knees for 4 customers, and the smoke machine was CHOKING there was way too much.
I decided I'll never dance in this state, altho I was considering it lately, since I work 3 days a week in NY and love it, but would like to spend 2 more days without the commute/parking tickets.
Who here is from NJ that can honestly say they make a minumum of $500 a night (without having regulars) and where do you work? Sorry if that sounded sarcastic, I really do want to kno, altho u probably wouldn't sayBC I still want to work here, but from those visits it doesn't look that way...

I checked out Titallations a few weeks ago (when Eric mentioned it I had forgotten it was called that lol) and yea it seemed the way you described it...but damn it really must be hard when the atmosphere is a bar...I absolutely love working in NYC--you can be any way you want to be including very sarcastic and real and the guys love it.
