i just baked for the first time
i made my own frosting for cupcakes that i made from scratch. i have been storing them (for a few hours) in plastic and aluminum tins, but i wondered if i should refrigerate them because they are frosted- made out of shortening, margarine, confect. sugar and flavoring. do i need to refrigerate or is out ok?
im exctied also because these are vegan cupcakes (im allergic to eggs, dairy, and now my vegan best friend can eat them too!).. and it's been seriously SO long since i have had cake-anything that wont make me seriously sick! i took pictures lol im so proud it's sad.
