    Default detroit girls?

are there any clubs in detroit that are clean but still decent money-wise?

and by detroit i mean deaborn, inkster, all of the surrounding areas.

i know from experience that a lapdance in this area usually entails ass and boob grabbing. i don't mind a bit of grinding and a guy touching my hips or ass, but i am NOT cool with guy touching my boobs and trying to play with my nipples. i simply cannot handle it... it repulses me.

should i give up on dancing in this area?

I believe theres a club called Flight Club or The Landing Strip, they're both clubs, but one of them I believe is in Inkster. Also, check out www.stripclublist.com, a database for all strip clubs globally. They have a comment section, that way you can see whether the clients are decent men or jerks looking for "high mileage".

I worked at The Flight Club, it's in Inkster on Micigan Ave. at Middlebelt. It's a very nice club, WAY upscale. When I was there they had a bouncer in the VIP area with you almost always.

My suggestion for anywhere you go in Detroit... Make the bouncer your buddy! Tell them what you won't tolerate, and they'll almost always be willing to do their job for you... Tipping the bouncers helps too.

I also worked at BT's (for a short time) and The Bouzouki Downtown (forever...) Let me know if you want the scoop on either of those clubs. I still keep in touch with a people at The Bouzouki.

Stripclublist.com is usually a bunch of drama. Dancers anonymously dissing other dancers... in theory it would be a good way to judge a club... .. . but it's really not.

    Good Luck!

I worked at BT's around Christmas and it sucked. Could have been cuz it was around Christmas, but I also hate dearborn and the crowd they get and I'm a bit of a princess, so I hated it.

Also was a Bouzouki girl for awhile, loved it there, but have heard it has changed a lot since Starr and I worked there. Don't know really know how management is now. I do know they remodeled and put in a bunch of plasmas and new vip chairs and it looks really nice. Best on hockey nights!

One of my friends is working at Landing Strip in Romulus and is doing okay. I know that is super far for you, tho, but if you're already traveling to the west side it might be worth checking out.

Honestly, I hate working in Detroit. After my last experience there, I decided I would not work in the city ever again. The guys expect more in Det than they do in vegas! If you plan on dancing for awhile, I would seriously think about moving if you are able.

Yeah girl, Those were the Bouzouki's best days, around the time we^^ were there. It was fun, AND there was money. I know the Bouzouki went through a really bad time with the management, and last I heard they were straightening that out. It will take time for them to recover from the damage the last manager did, because he run out alot of the dependable house girls. Not to mention The Motor CIty's terrible economy right now.

Yep, moving is always a good idea, besides Michigan is coooooold!!! Portland is a good place to dance from what I hear!!! I don't dance now that I live here, but people are always talking about how nice it is to have "No Contacts Laws" enforced here...

I work in Toledo, OH and I've worked at the Landing Strip and the Flight Club. It's about an hour drive, and I've gone to FC on and off for about 3 years. There's definitely potential for money, but I had to stop and ask myself at what price. A gorgeous, PROFESSIONAL dancer friend of mine who also works as I do (same Toledo club) refuses to work at FC, even though she can make more $ there.
I've stuck to who I am and maintained my special style (we each have our own), and I've known my boundaries to maintain my self-respect. There used to be enough men in Detroit clubs who valued that kind of thing. I blame the dancers for the change (and economy, secondarily). I now have to call my customers when I go to FC because other than them, I'm left "competing" with things that I refuse to compete with. So, no, if I were to walk in to a MI club for the first time tonight, I'd walk out after a few hours because I couldn't be my "stripper self" and still make money.
I feel sad about it all, there seems to be desperation at FC now and it's vulgar and ugly in my eyes. Hear up there (DJ my bud) that we are "lucky" to be at FC because it is the busiest and best now!

I work at Bouzouki; I'm prett happy there. I make decent money, anwhere from $200-500. Many of the girls aren't doing as well there, I should add. I don't let guys touch me at all, just light grinding. (Many of the girls do let guys grope them all over, definitely lots of extras). Game nights can excellent! The managment can be completely incompetent. Just don't make friends with the managers. You will need to get a dance card to work in the city of Detroit.

wow I'm having the same problem.........any place with no license requirement or no schedule is full of things I can't compete with. Bills are piling up and time's running short. I actually considered going back to the Vu. There really is nothing. FL used to be a great place to make money before it turned into a straight up whore house. Every other place is a dive. I'm open for suggestions too...........

    Consider Subi's, out in Southgate.
I used to work there briefly. It was a pretty laidback club and the bouncers kept the dances pretty tame compared to other clubs.
