I have a few semi-regulars that come in to do VIPs with me. I say hi, go about my thing while they settle in. When I come back to "my" customer's table, another girl is there. Fine, I'll do another round on the room and return. The girl is still there.
The question is: How do I get rid of her?
More often than not, the customer will track me down and ask me to come over when I have a chance. I tell him that I am not allowed to sit with him until the other dancer leaves. He then says, "Make her leave."
Lately, I've been doing the bitchy thing and swooping down on the table and running off to the VIP room with the customer. It's not helping my rep. But the other dancers don't have a clue. Seriously, if you've sat with a customer for 30+ minutes and he's bought 2 dances tops, you aren't going to get any more money from him. Move along.

Later on in the night, after you're done with the guy, you can explain to her that he comes in regularly to see you. I never apologize though, just explain it matter of factly.
You could also try telling him "ya know we can always just go straight to VIP and forget this whole mess" - motioning dismissedly at the other girl waiting pathetically
