I just joined a new gym and its sooo nice, the spa was the part that won me over lol
Anyway I get all of my classes free and i was just wonderin what ones are worth checkin out. I'm wantin to lost weight, tone up arms,thighs hips , bum and stomach.
I not used to gym jargon so all i want is something thats gonna work those areas. i love cardio and to sweat when i work out. i find weights boring. so anything lively that will get me a figure like lara croft will make me happy lol (hey i can dream)
I'll list what they do and give some of their description;
