Default A rave...no not the glow stick kind

Okay so I fucking HATE Geico... their customer service is the worst shit i've ever had to pay for ...seriously.

So anyways, I let my policy cancel out and had to chose a new one.

I went on esurance.com and checked out ( after seeing the commercials. )

now first off, I dont know shit about buying insurance other than I need full coverage..new car on a loan.

    that's it.

So i did most of it online and then it wouldn't proceed to the next page so I had to call them

the customer service rep...AMAZINGLY AWESOME. he was helpful and said..get this

whoa you don't need all of this, here lets get this manageable..

I was paying 300 a month with geico..

I am paying 118 a month with esurance.

people they are worth checking out and are so great customer service wise.

they also offer up health and life insurance which Im getting ready to go check out but i wanted to give the heads up since they are the best i've dealt with in the 12 years i've been driving.

    Geico is nuts!
I went with them several years ago because State Farm wouldn't take my sister off my insurance without her dad's permission. Yeah, I had to cancel my insurance to get her off. Crazy.
I liked Geico for a year, but when I moved to Florida is when the shit hit the fan.
I went to an office so as not to confuse them, and asked them to give me a FL policy and cancel my NC policy.
First they gave me another NC policy and didn't cancel my original. I figured it out in a week or so, went back, complained.......this time they tacked on a third policy for FL. Now I have three for one car!!
Once I found out about that mistake I just cancelled the whole D thing and went over to State Farm.
I'm gonna check ESurance though, just to see if I can save. Plus I hate the secretary at my office. She is a major bitch!!

E-surance is great!I've had them for 1.5 years, and love it.The quotes were much lower than Progresive (I had them for 6 yrs) and great customer service.

Geico sucks a big one. I just got a client new insurance through my own guy because they were dropping her son for a small accident he had 2 years ago.....two weeks before the policy expires. The cost was outrageous. Every time I've tried to get a quote from them, they were the most expensive.

I use Liberty Mutual and they kickass!

If it is possible for you to get USAA, do it.

Getting with USAA is limited though...gotta be military or related.

I looked at geico.com once just to see if I really would save 500 bucks a year, and nope, not by a long shot. I've had Nationwide forever, 10+ years, great rates and very helpful friendly agents. I'll look into e-surance though, just to see.

ETA: I just checked, and they don't cover Delaware. They linked me to AIG, Geico, and one other I've never heard of.

yep, e-surance is great. When my b/f totaled his brand new car he had a new one in like 2 days.

Ooh, I'm calling them. I fucking HATE Progressive. I was paying almost $300 a month not long ago; now I pay $150 a month but I get SFA in return for it. They're assholes.

I switched from Progressive (which I hated) to Esurance about 2 years ago. I love them so far. The prices are much better and the customer service is wonderful too. Glad I decided to try them.
