    Default Tummy problems?

I've had stomach problems and have tried all the different kinds of meds, i stumbled across a remedy by accident. i know they say to drink ginger ale when you have an upset stomach, but that can even make you feel queasy. i had some perrier lemon mineral water and the tummy pain was gone! BTW has anyone looked at the Apple cider vinegar post? It's supposed to help w-food poisoning.

I actually was just online looking up anything I could that could help with my stomach pain. I found a site praises ACV to get rid of stomach pains. Some people have had similar pain like me for years, and it went away in a matter of days since taking the ACV. Cure a Stomach Ache

Really? How much? Do you drink it alone, with water?

Also: I've been having stomach pains alot lately. I just ate 2 apples and my tummy isn't hurting anymore! I want to buy some apple cider vinegar tomorrow though. And see how this works..

Try drinking bottled water with fresh lemon squeezed in it. And slowly work up to liquid foods. Ginger Ale would be good, but it should be flat, not bubbly, that will cause bloating and gas perhaps.

Also any drink like drinks for babies may be good, as you need to keep up your mineral levels.

    Good luck.

i take about 3 oz. before breakfast every morning. just stright. it tastes sort of like watered down mouthwash that's gone a bit sour. but it's not bad at all.

my stomach is really sensitive and the aloe makes such a big difference.

i drink acv in the afternoon or evening too. about 2 tbsp with warm water and little bit of honey. (rinse your mouth with water when your done so the acid doesn't hurt your teeth) the acv actually makes my stomach feel just a little bit unhappy for a half hour or so, but overall it seems to help. plus my skin has been looking ever so much better
