Last night we had fun, there was 5 dancers, a barback, and myself all playing on the poles (there's two). We don't get to do that very often since there's a dayshift, and it's usually fairly busy when I get there to set up for the night. At the end of the night everyone usually just wants to get the hell out of there, lol.
Usually it's so busy there at night there's no opportunity to do this kind of thing like you will have in a slower club, but one night one of our really talented pole dancers was showing another one a trick and then we had 4 girls onstage playing. Naturally the customers coming in thought it was cool, and stayed. One of the doorguys came up "Who's supposed to be onstage?", but I calmed him down and kept it going (I remember this working well in a slow club I used to be at).
We have some very talented pole dancers in the club, I'm hoping they will start getting in on it. Also we are expanding so there's going to be an open stage with poles in a seperate area on the slower nights (even if slower nights are relatively busy here).
