    High/low season in Baltimore

Sadly I am leaving Miami for Baltimore this summer but school is more important than the beach I think

Britt, I am sure you will know the answer to this. I was wondering when are the typically slow/busy seasons during the year in Baltimore. Since our seasons here run on tourism and weather late summer/early fall is the slowest...what should I keep in mind for Baltimore? I am thinking in terms of how I am going to financially plan my year.

    Thanks!

where are you going to school?

ive only been dancing since july, but ive been working in sc's in some way for over a year. baseball is about to start which means it'll be busy. feb is the slowest month. we're just about to head into busy season! then it'll taper off a little like around when the school year starts, and be so so in the fall/early winter months. jan and feb are just icky.

I think spring/summer is busier and fall/winter is slower in Baltimore. Judging from my past experience there. I made good money in summer but when the cold weather hit business sucked!!

I feel like it's always slow season in Baltimore. It seems like no matter where I go, everyone is always like "It's slow right now, it'll pick up in a month." The next month will come and the girls will say the same thing! But for myself, I always make the most money in the summer time.

I've only been dancing in Baltimore since June 06, but IMHO the summer and fall were great...and then December hit and business fell like a sack of bricks.

I'm wondering now if it's my club that's sucking, or just the area in general. I guess I'll see what April brings.
