I know, I know... Too much stress, to little exercise-- none, for a couple weeks. The upshot? My back is stiff and starting to ache (on the lower left, if you're keeping a record).
What over-the-counter pain remedies do people like? I also plan to get one of those slap on-stick on heat pads, which have helped in the past.
Just need to be free of this persistent ache! I need to haul myself into the gym today, at least to stretch and do some crunches.

Had a lovely, safe time in the pub walking distance from my house. Back is much better today, by the way. I stretched, did crunches and worked out on Sunday; tonight I'm headed to yoga class after work.
