I've mostly only seen that enforced in Nevada (of all places...) and a few idealistic clubs that relaxed this policy after a year or so in business.
If you have no priors and good lawyer, I'm sure that a solicitation charge based solely on the exchange of personal information wouldn't stick. Any dancer doing so for legal purposes wouldn't get sucked into giving up her personal info to vice, anyhow. I work for a party dancer agency, and I hand out my info to customers seeking party dancers all the time. There is no talk of extras or illegal activities, merely handing out info pertaining to legal business. If a customer is obviously looking for a hooker, I'm not going to give him my info.
