Hi,
I've noticed that since I've started dancing my arms and legs are getting firm from various dance moves I do on stage. I don't even have to do any muscle work at the gym anymore. However, my stomach isn't getting that hard. Does anyone know any stage moves that work the abs?

Also if someone's tipping you, get on your knees with your back to the edge of the stage and "fake" lean against the custy. I did this when I didn't really want to be pressed up against him/her and it really burned my abs.
