    Default Stripper Stores

I like to try on stripper wear before I buy it. I walked, what felt like, all over NYC today looking for a store with stripper gear. West 8th street used to be the Mecca for NYC strippers back in the day. Almost 10 years later, these stores don't remain? Does anyone know any stripper stores in NYC? And if you can, can you list the one's in your city?

I know house moms usually sell them. But how can I go and buy them if I'm not working at that particular club?

Here are a few that I currently know in my new city of Las Vegas:

    Las Vegas:
Love Boutique has a small collection of stripper wear. But I've never seen gowns for the gown clubs.

-Spearmint Rhino has a store open till 4am.
-Scores Vegas has a separate room that sells dresses appropriate for gown clubs.
-Crazy Horse had a section, but I haven't been there for almost a year to tell you if it still exists.

Please feel free to add to the list of free standing stripper stores in your city.

In Illinois, we have Slightly Sinful. There is one in Kankakee, and one in the south west burbs, on Cicero Ave, around 115th st. The directions make sense if you are from Chicago. There are still a few Fredericks of Hollywood, and mUCH of their stuff rocks. Lovers Lane, however, is over priced and their clothes fall apart.

    Oh my goodness.
Kikiwiki, you did not list showgirls supplies. They are membership only, so no men allowed. ( membership free to strippers) they have a salon, with hair, makeup and nails( alhtough I heard they arent to good at that, so u probably just want to stick to buyign clothes there)
    So heres my Vegas list:
    1. Showgirls Supplies. On Industrial Rd. Next to Sapphire
Showgirls also has stores in many strip clubs
    Rhino
    Treasures
    Crazy Horse
    2. Strings Which is located on Trop. Strings also has a boutique inside of The Mens Club. you can buy Guenevere's corsets in Strings. All their clothes are handmade.
    3. Ultra Vixen. This shop is also on Industrial, in the next plaza down from Sapphire, away from Showgirls Supplies. Their clothes are also all handmade, and they are very, very cheap however...they feel cheap. They are ill fitting. If you search, you can find a good deal tho.
    4. Love Boutique. On Industrial again, on the corner of where you turn to go to the Rhino, across the traintracks. This place is expensive and rappy selection.
Another Love Boutique is on Trop, right next to Strings. Better selection, btu still nto great.
    5. The Adult Superstore, which is on Trop, further down near the Orleans Casino. They sell stripper clothes on the second floor. Not to bad of a selection either, but beware of all the nasty guys in there for the adult videos and stuff.
The best place to go for gowns is Strings, but they are expensive. Well made and worth the money tho. And they are all unique.

The best places to go are showgirls supplies on Industrial, or Strings.

I know Kikiwiki already named a few of these, sorry for repeating, but I was just on a roll thinking of every place I know of.
There is also a small place in Henderson, conneced to an even smaller strip club, but I cant remember the names of the street its on.

    Phoenix:

Triangles in Scottsdale and Glendale. I love this store!! I think it's even better than the stripper stores in Vegas. Make sure you check it out if you are visiting.

7th Heaven on North 7th Street in Phx. Will custom make you anything you want.

LA Kiss Boutique, also on North 7th Street. Not the best quality, not the worst, and really affordable. I've bought some really cute things here, but they don't last so long. Inexpensive tho, so worth checking out.

Hot Girl Exotic Dancewear. Right across the street from LA Kiss in a shopping center. Kinda hard to find. Can customize any of their styles and fairly affordable too. Great quality. The line is owned by an ex dancer who is super sweet and knows what other dancers want.

Lingerie Superstore on Rural (just north of baseline) in Tempe. Large selection of Bodyzone separates.

    Dallas/Ft. Worth:

Electrique Boutique. I went in this store when I was in Texas and it's great. Lots of clubwear and shoes (going out and stripper stuff). Also has a site, electriqueboutique.com, but the store has waaaay more stuff than the site.

Kiki, There is a store on 32nd street...you can try on the clothes in there, I love that. It is directly across from Rick's Cabaret....Empire Erotica is the name.

I'm assuming all the stores on West 8th closed because of the crazy high rent prices.

In the village, there is TicTacToe/Birthday Suit on West 4th street near the corner, can't miss them.

    Let's see:

    Fayetteville, NC:

-Priscilla's- larger store on Sycamore Dairy Rd/smaller store on Skibo & Cliffdale Rd.

    -Uptown Undie's on Bragg Blvd

-Another dance store (forgot the name) on Reilly Rd & Morganton Rd.

    Columbia SC:

-This is It on Two Notch Rd and another or Broad River Rd

-Another store on Bush River Rd in the same plaza as Heartbreaker's strip club.

-There should also be another store somewhere on Broad River Rd- heard of it...but never been.

    Augusta Ga:

    -Eye Candy on Broad St

-Unnamed store on Gordon Hwy in the same strip mall as the Rainbow store. It looks like a regular clothing store, but it also sells dance outfits.

-Lover's Lane on Washington Road in the same plaza as a tanning salon, not far from the Toyota dealership. You'll see the name on the big sign which lists all the stores in the strip mall.

    Re: Stripper Stores

    Hey all...

I have been having a similar problem finding real-world stores to try articles on.

    Grrr...

    Doesn't help that I am a 32C .

Anyone know any stores or chains in the PA region, BESIDES Philly ?

    P.S. Great Thread ...

    About Vegas:

This is not a stripper store, but I love it! Cute and cheap clothes for going out. I've bought so many plunge neckline tops from here for about $13 a piece. I always hit it up when I'm in Vegas.

Fashion Q/Q Mode on the corner of Rainbow and Spring Mountain. They have other stores too, but this one is huge!! Anyone else shop here???

I highly recommend to buy on the web. You will get the best selection at great price. Be cautious of cheap vendors. However, I never have a bad experience except one time wherein I forget to change color.
If possible you should buy stuff online which has 3+ pictures so that you can observer from all angles.
