Default How to reduce stomach bloat?

My tummy always feels full, even if I only eat a small amount, and its always bloated and uncomfortable...what foods, remedies can I use to reduce the bloat?

Mine, too. I don't know how to fix it. I just haven't been eating and it feels better. But thats probably not the best remedy.

Might be parasites. Try a parasite clease by Nature's Secret. Helped me.

Do you have pets? That's how I think I got my parasites.

Sounds like poor digestion. You should look into taking pro-biotics. It would probably also help to do a cleanse (like the Master Cleanse) for a week or so and then when you add food back into your diet to slowly add food and see how your body reacts to different foods and take out the foods that your body doesn't respond well during digestion.

sorry for the bump of such an old post, but brilliant idea! i think I'm experiencing similar things. my stomach is just bizarre and I bloat SO EASILY out of nowhere. I think it'd be good to flush my body and slowly reintroduce the various things I eat ad gauge my reaction to 'em.

ps- I'm willing to bank on the fact that dairy is TERRIBLE for me.

    interesting thread bump.

My tumym ailments turned out to be an ulcer aggriviated by stress. The more stressed I got, the worse my tummy hurt and got bloated and stuff.
It has since resolved on it's own.

Wow glad that cleared up. An ulcer is a sore in the stomache.

I was going to say to the others that plain Yogurt works well for blaot as well. All the good bacteria helps bloat.

This is just a once-in-awhile solution but if you have a photo shoot (or anything else you have to look great for), you can wrap your stomach in seran wrap and sleep in sweats. It will make you lose water weight around your stomach.

wow, I don't think what I have is that outrageous, but I'm glad to hear you're OK!

I just bloat from sensitivity to food is all. I think. I HOPE.

I started the cleansing today, so hopefully ina few days I'll notice the water weight fucking off.

It could also be wheat products. I switched to oat flour and it's made a huge difference. I didn't realize I had any sensitivity to wheat. I just figured my bloat was a hereditary thing. I found out about the gluten free diet from a woman with severe Celiac disease. Turns out it's pretty common. Check out this site for recipes. http://www.glutenfree.com/info/Recipes_Other.aspx
