Default What would be your ideal club to work at?

    What would you like?
    What could you do without?
What do you wish they offered?
What would be the ideal hrs?
What do you think most clubs have that should change?
What type of atmosphere would you like?
    Would you like creative liberties?
Would you like to have a dual club, male and female (as dancers)?

getting paid to be there instead of paying to be there would be a good start.

I think my club is pretty good.

I agree with the other poster - getting paid to be there would be good but this would prob create the other problem of too many dancers working there.

I would like to work 8 hours maximum instead of the 10-12 hour shifts that I work.

I could do without the club letting guys in who struggle to even pay for their drinks.

The atmosphere would be one of high energy - "wanna dance" atmosphere not the one that sometimes happens in my club where the dancers will sit with customers for an hour at a time.

I would hate to work with male dancers.

I don't like groups of girls being allowed into the club.

I don't like pornography being played on the tv.

I love the fact that it's an air dance club and that we get paid upfront so if a douchebag touches us we keep the money and he gets a personal escort outside by a friendly big bouncer lol.

The dancers would all have their own booths with velvet chairs and the guys would form orderly lines for dances and they would cost $50 each and there would be a no talking rule hehehe!!!
