I've been flaking out on my workouts this week and I ate three meals that had rice and bread. I'm getting back in gear tomorrow morning. Fruits, veggies, raw nuts, and sushi. Cardio, toning, split stretches, and group fitness. Time for the next set of six weeks. I plan to be a size 4-5 by the end of this set. Who's with me?![]()

exercise/eating right is great for our moods too
I'm in terrible cardio shape, so I'm trying to take a step in the right direction. Later I'll hit the gym for upper body and abs.
