    Default Plastic Surgery Abraod

Hey guys, I've made the decision to change my appearance to increase my earning potential and do more with my career. I want a nose job, liposuction, butt augmentation and cheek implant, but I want to do my surgery in Venezuela because I know plastic surgery is huge out there and the plastic surgeons are one of the best in the world. Has anyone has surgery internationally and what was their experience.

Oh boobies lol! Thing is, I love my boobs, I am a large C and they're perky. My physical appearance is ok, I just think modifying those features would make me 'WHOA!'

WHOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAA is more like how you;d look at yourself sfter so many abrupt distinct changes so quick. Would you really like yourself better after all that? I'd say start with one thing and wait awhile for the rest. Pick the one most important to you and work from there. Everyone else might think "whooaaa" too if they saw all that.

I just found a pic of a guy I've known for ten yrs and saw in an instant that he got cheek implants, jaw chizzled, tummy tuck and I thought how sad is it to be so unahppy with the way you look to completely alter your appearance to win the attention of others. This man looks younger than he did when I met him and I was expecting to see how he's aged over the years before I saw the pics.

Start small and think about the rest for a long time is what I'd suggest so there are no regrets.

I tried editing the post but for some reason it's not letting me. Let me clarify, I am considering having those procedures done but definitely not all at once. I couldn't even if I wanted to, financial reasons. What I am considering doing now is liposuction and nose job, those two procedures I've wanted for the longest time.

Why is lipo necessary? Why is it not possible to attain the same if not better results through diet and hard exercise regimen?

Also through makeup tips and effective hairstyling you can minimize the appearance of your nose.

To be honest Corgan, yeah, I think it would make me more money. It's not something that popped into my head over night, I've been thinking about this for a while. People are fooling themselves if they don't realize the power of beauty. I know I'm not ugly but I want to do something to give me that competitive advantage and make me feel good about moi. If I am comfortable with the way I look, I think my confidence and ultimately my hustle would improve.

And I'm not out of shape. I have a healthy diet, and I do my lil cardio. My problem is love handles, it's simply not attractive and it's gotta go go go.

Honestly CD, it's really sad that you feel that way. How can lipo, butt implants, nose jobs etc help put you at an advantage? I think you are fooling yourself if you believe that power is as beautiful as it seems. You will learn very quickly (if you ever get around to dancing) that when it comes to making money as an exotic dancer looks actually isnt' as powerful as you think. It's all about your hustle and attitude. Then looks can be added into the equation. I actually feel sorry for you. In your other thread you posted about wanting to be a "diva" it seems like you are very much investing to much time in wanting to create a distorted view so that people can see you in this perfect light. It's almost as if you're putting in so much work to get to this level of perfection, that once (if) you hit it, you'll want people to look up to you.

Now you've made a very contradictory statement here. How can you know that you aren't ugly, yet in the same sentence state that getting plastic surgery will put you at an advantage and make you feel good about yourself?

I agree with Corgan, you really can give dancing a try without all of that.

In this business, looks are what initally grabs someone's attention and it's personality that keeps it. I have no problem with plastic surgery to improve your looks, but that sure is a long laundry list of procedures! Aren't you scared of lipo? I've heard that once fat cells are removed, they never come back. So if when you normally gain weight, it is proportional, then after lipo and you put on weight again (which is likely if you don't diet or exercise) then the fat will be all over the place! I don't know if that's true or not, but it sure scared me away from even considering it.

OMG! this is what drives me crazy about SW...

Ladies i know we are trying to help, but her original post is asking if anyone had experiences with plastic surgery abroad.

Lots of dancers get lipo and nose jobs and i feel that is a personal decision and i dont think she was looking for an opinion on getting them or not, just where.

I knew someone who had dental surgery in brazil because he was assaulted and lost some teeth. In the US, the surgery would have been 84G. In Brazil, 30G. So, he is very pleased with the results and glad there was another option.

    I would do some research.

Maybe you can do a search for a plastic surgery forum and ask if anyone has gone abroad for their. Personally, I would be really hesitant to have any major procedures done in a different country.

^^^ I think it was because she wanted a TON done, and was thinking just doing that would make her a better stripper, and it had nothing to do with presence, personality, etc. The only advice I can give is do tons of research on the doctor, facilities, etc.

^ I was referring to the comments made about the lipo to be honest.

Why is lipo necessary?, um, i have love handles, and i'm thick, Aren't you scared of lipo? I've heard bla bla bla.

She wasn't asking for anybody's approval.

That is actually one of the reasons for my response to post in this thread. I dont care for plastic surgery of any kind (boobs, lipo, nose jobs, etc) so yea I look at it as a major need for me to give my opinion when someone says they think they'll only be successful at dancing if they get ALL said procedures done.

I understand but that's what you get with message boards. I'll be honest and say it is hard to not put a personal opinion on things like this, but I also don't think the thread should be entirely hijacked with it.

I agree with plastic surgery being unnessacery just for dancing, as it's a lot of risk to put yourself in just for a job. I agree with plastic surgery if it will honestly help that person emotionally and they would do it with or without stripping.

If not for the knowledge that I'd make moore money with my boobs bigger, I would have never had them done. And I do make more money with hem, so I'm glad to have them.

Making physical changes to make more money isn't necessacarrily bad. And I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

but it really didn't change how I see myself or how I feel, it was purely a job decision. Like going on to get a masters degree to furter you in your field, self improvements can help further you in stripping goals. There is noting wrong with that, and to be judgemental aout it is just wrong and hurtful.

I'd bet almost every one of us who's been doing this any length of time has made changes or not done things b/c of money concerns. From haircuts, colors and styles to makeup to how you dress. Not getting a tattoo or piercing you want...

Yes, surgery is serious, but it's impact can be a lot bigger then a new mascara or long hair.

Oh I'm not putting anyone down who decides to get it done for job purposes, I just believe it's a big risk to put yourself through just for a job. I'm all for people doing what they need to do to advance themselves emotionally or financially and would never judge a person for it, I just couldn't change myself like that just for a job personally.
