Seriously, with her teeth coming in one after the other, I haven't slept more than two hours in a row for the last 4 months or so. She's just up ALL night. And not sleeping and being tired all day really sucks. So I finally bought some medicine for her, which I should have done months ago (ya it's also kind of hard to think of solutions when you're tired) and last night she only woke up twice!!!!!!!!!! I went to bed when she did, so I think I got almost 7 hours. I feel so amazing. The world is a beautiful place .

Yay for sleep! I can't imagine that, but I suppose that's motherhood for you.

She probably feels better, too! I'm sure it is no fun hurting and then waking up because your mouth is just painful. Mommy fixed it and made better.

My mother made kool aid pops and wrapped them in a clean dish cloth as teething aids. The sweet kool aid keeps it in the kids mouth, the cold numbs the gums, the cloth abrades (sp?) the gums letting the teeth out. Works for the fronts anyway.

I used frozen bananas for mine (in addition to tylenol). Those are messy though.

Poor little one, teething is horrible! Motrin will last longer than Tylenol but they really don't recomend it before 6 mo. If your nursing it's better not to put orajel. You can place a wet wash towel in the freezer and let freeze the let the baby chew on it, you might want to hold it cause it gets cold for their hands.

I hope the pain stops soon.

Thanks for the tips guys, I'll have to try some new things. I'm so glad she got a good night sleep too. I can't believe they teeth for two years. I hope there is a break here pretty soon.
