    Default Newbie for portland

I have been reading this website for a little over a week just trying to get information/education on being a stripper. Well I just started tanning since I could make Snow White look tan. I live in the portland area and am trying to figure out which club to audition for. I have no experience and I am 29, but easily look 21/22. So any ideas of where to go so I can get into better shape and learn the ropes. I would like to work on the eastside of portland. So any suggestions for someone my age starting this. Thanks alot in advance!

Try searching for Portland (or PDX) in the titles of posts -- there's a lot, a lot of talk about the clubs on here. I don't know about good newbie recommendations -- do you want one of the smaller clubs to get started in? Dancin' Bare, Jody's, Riverside Corrall, Dream On -- those might be some Eastside clubs to check out. You'll notice many recommendations for the larger clubs for gals who want to make more money.

Also, I am moving this to Club Chat -- since it's city-specific it will get a better response there.

Has anyone danced at Dream On Saloon or Soobies. I have driven by Jody's before and it seems to be a rather large venue for the eastside. I was thinking to start small to get used to it and how to interact with people and also how to dance like a stripper. I figure the small clubs will give me that. I do not see many eastside clubs listed in the club review section. So anyone that has worked at these or knows someone who has please either post here or PM me. I do have my fears about Cocktail and Dreams it seems to be a little to drug ridden for me from what I have read unless they have changed. Thanks again.
