What would be better to do, a regular juice fast, or a master cleanse? Does the Master cleanse taste ok? is it tolerable?
What is the shortest amount of time to do a cleanse and see benefits? 1 day? 3 days? 7 days?
The biggest question, how do you deal with hunger?
I tried to do a juice fast. I lasted until about 3am at work, and HAD to eat. I had to. Couldn't take it any longer. the hunger consumed me. It was all I thought about. I tried drinking a protien shake, thinking that maybe the protein would help my tummy pains, and it did, for an hour, and I was hungry again. What do you do? Just suffer through it? Would it be THAT bad to eat something small, like an apple, to take the hunger pains away?
Do you still take your vitamins when doing a fast?
