    A) was I have those earplugs and I would think that they could afford better ones. (although I guess if you're being sent out as fodder it doesnt matter if your hearing is fucked)
    B) My boyfriends arms are sexier.
    C) He sure is nonchalant about killing people.
    D) I am supposed to go out to the shooting range soonish.
    E) He kinda looks like Nicholas Cage with bigger arms.

Wow. To say that anyone isn't a person just kills me. Am I the only one that's not shocked that we were attacked but shocked that it wasnt sooner? I cannot believe the nievity of this statement. We the American nation are one of the worst on the planet. We are a cancer and to say that we should be the police of the world makes me sick. That guy was just fiering off rounds like he was using a paintball gun. I guess it's your mentality of "terrorists aren't people" that lets him do his job and sleep at night. I dont think that it matters if they drop cash. I mean would you feel the same way about Hitler if he came in, was attractive and dropped a few G's on you. Genocide? Ahhhh who cares, he's spending money and he's really nice to me.... Yeah ok, a little more extreme but you get my point, I hope. Now I'm not trying to offend you or put you down but I am a little offended by this post. That's just my ... And no I don't really think that guy is very attractive.

Hunny I am sooo with you, don't get me wrong, but I don't think name calling is necessary. She was just trying to point out a guy she thinks is hot, I doubt she really looked at the entire situation or the reactions she would get from us as a community. It just turns into nasty drama and come on there's already enough of that, no need for more, especially on the interweb

Normally I would agree with you..but I'm getting REALLY tired of her attitude about EVERYTHING lately. She has nothing good to say EVER since she got back and I dont think I'm the only one tired of it.She's obviously in a bad place right now and is taking it out on everyone(including those on the internet). Whne it got to the point when she was posting about how great and hot a guy was who was smiling about killing(or at least trying to kill)strangers, and how it was ok since he was making a lot of MONEY for it....it broke my camels straw.

People look at what strippers and other sex workers as being "sick in the head" for doing our jobs. There are those people out there that couldn't do our jobs no matter how great the pay is, because they have moral issues with performing naked in front of a room full of strangers. There are those who argue that any dancer is mentally messed up as a result of having worked as a stripper. We all know that we don't become crazy and dysfunctional as a result of our jobs, but some dancers do end up f*cked in the head after years of stripping.

Some people also missed the fact that it was a serious enough situation that the Marines were dropping bombs on the terrorists as well. Bombs kill indiscriminately. Professional soldiers can decipher and make a decision on who is and isnt a threat.

ok, is it jsut me? or re people not understandingthat the government doesnt NEED to outsource for snipers?? because THEY HAVE THEIR OWN!!! private citizens hire former military for protection. why would the gov outsource for snipers and pay them out the ass when they have tons of them that go with each batallion to iraq anyway?

and personally, i found this post entirely offensive. MY HUSBAND IS IN IRAQ RIGHT NOW!! i don't need some one posting video of what they do and saying, omg! he's so hot! when i'm sitting here waiting by the phone hoping that he lived another day and that i'll get to hear his voice again, hoping that my baby will get to meet his daddy. that's just all kinds of fucked up. or maybe its just me being hormonal and pregnant. but seriously, if you can watch that and just say that you totally want him, and thats it, JESUS EFFING CHRIST go shoot yourself in the head, because my husband is not in the military to defend dumbnuts like you.

Im sorry you feel that way. I have a lot of respect for the troops over there but some of these blackwater guys are friends of mine and I support them just as well. They dont have the same support systems the troops do and they are often at greater risk because the terrorists have larger rewards for killing contractors than for soldiers.

We just have to agree to disagree. We have different feelings on the subject and I respect you for yours, I just ask that you understand my feelings on the matter.

I didnt post this to create animosity, just to support my friend and yes he happens to be hot as hell.

Lots of the guys that go do what has to be done do come back all messed up with Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome. I have a friend who was in Viet Nam who still wakes up in the night screaming. He and his wife never had children because one of his recurring nightmares was about when he had to kill a child who would have otherwise killed him.

We do not do enough to support our war veterans.

On the other hand, the sweet, beloved Dr. Ruth was once a sniper for the Israeli army.

I actually very much like Amy because she has a streak of bitch in her, and i always have liked that.

    First impulse, step out.

But no. Can't. Gotta stick up for my grandpa.

He's dead now, but he killed a LOT of folks from an island nation called Japan. How can someone kill again and again without freaking out? By detaching oneself and then never talking about the bad stuff. Oh, he'd talk about some stuff, but some things was just plain off limits. He came back and raised a family. You look at this guy (I suppose he's hot, I’ll just trust Amy here) and see anything other than someone fighting a war, i got problems. I don't like the war either, but jeeze what is different from this
to all the other wars? You think he's automatically gonna come back fucked up, you have stunted faith in the human spirit. Maybe he'll come back a basket case, but my grandpa didn’t. He was like god to me when i was little. Or maybe that was just a "good" war .

You don't stand up to the Hitlers of the world, they WILL come and walk on you. It's true since Cyrus the Persian, Xerxes, and Napoleon. It's true again and again and no amount of wishing sunnybrook will make it go away.

Hell, at least people that die in wars now die right away, they used to lie there and bleed to death. Throughout all of human history. Our soldiers who buy it have it made compared to the ones that came before, including the goofy terrorists.

Oh, and Terrorists are NOT people. Not any kinda people i want in the world. You wanna blow stuff up and kill chicks and kids, there's the door. I don't give a flying FUCK about their goddamn cause.

I am just making an observation......

There are some very strong feelings an opinions about the ongoing fight in the Middle-East. I'm not for it or against it. Both sides have done some terrible things. Anyway, I have to say that anyone fighting in a war is paid to kill. This does not mean that everyone who has been in the war is a sociopath. Some people seem more detatched from the killing they have done or do in order to preserve their own sanity. They put themselves into a different character much like we do ourselves when we step into the club. Its a role we play, an not everyone can handle it.

I must say though, I have alot of respect to any man or woman who can willfully go and fight for a government who looks at them/ treats them like disposable commodities.

I'm surprised no one has asked why YouTube makes me register, login, and verify that I am over 18 to watch a clip of a woman bellydance. To watch some guy kill people, there are no such restrictions. How fucked up is that?

This is an interesting comment. My question is who constitutes a terrorist in your opinion? Timothy McVey, Charles Manson, Ted Kazinski and Osama Bin Laden I think all qualify as terrorists, no?

Although I would like to see a utopian world where everyone is free to live their lives as they see fit, I just don't think that it is a reasonable expectation. That is reserved for the afterlife in the philosophy of most religions. The here and now is dictated by violence and power and money. No matter the amount of brow beating one may dish out to someone who is accepting of the world as it is today, it isn't going to change anyone's mind in the long term.

Humans are violent by nature. We consume violence like we consume food. We watch programs like "24" and "CSI" and "Deadwood". We love, love, love movies like "300" and "James Bond" and "Saw" and "The Hills Have Eyes". And who here has never had a physical confrontation with another person, ever? Anyone?

So, I guess my point is why condemn someone for for doing what their nature (and society) is advocating? It is pointless. If you want to see how far nonviolence will get you, just look at what happened to Tibet. Or the Native Americans.

It is fine to be idealistic. But, I have a tough time imagining anyone living their entire lives w/o being exposed to violence. No watching TV, that medium is full of violence. No reading magazines or newspapers, again, full of violence. You might be able to take in a movie every now and again. I think "The March of the Penguins" was pretty much violence free...oh wait, there was violence from a shark attack in that movie, too. Okay, Teletubbies might be right up your alley, then. And certainly no reading the bible! Sheesh, one would be hard pressed to find a more violent book anywhere on the planet!

It just seems to me that strippers judging another person's morality based on his job is a bit on the hypocritical side. Most of the planet looks at strippers as the scourge of society (on the whole, not as individuals). There are still many places on this planet where dancing topless is punishable by death.

This thread should probably be moved to "Member Boards" and out of the lounge so that members can voice their opinions a bit more freely than is allowed in "The Lounge."

Well, YEAH. Those are all terrorists. If they do their shit to make ya scared, they are terrorists.

BTW, the Native Americans were nonviolent? Where? Is there another America hidden under the rug? The Native Americans were violent as hell! They were constantly fighting each other! That's not even a condemnation, just the truth.

Some where violent, but not all the nations were violent people. The pueblo, Cherokee, Cheyenne, Hopi, Navajo, Seminole and a lot of other tribes were peaceful until they were forced off their land by the European settlers.

Of course there were violent tribes, too. The Apache and Blackfeet were both notoriously violent people.

    Regardless of belief,

If it was a picture of the guy standing there holding a gun, declaring sexuality would be fine. Hell I respect anyone in the forces.

But...to find the act...and the man in it sexy?

Not for the people who were killed because of it...Emmet Till, Martin Luther King Jr., Medgar Evers, The four little girls at the Sixteenth Street Baptist Church bombing in Birmingham, AL. James E. Cheney, Andrew Goodman and Michael Schwerner were all murdered because of their activity with the civil rights movement.

Malcom X was shot in 1965. That same year in Alabama marchers were brutally beaten by police officers in an event now known as "Bloody Sunday".

The Black Panthers, who were formed during the Civil Rights movement and are a known militant group. I think that was in 1965, also.

There are those that argue that the violence and oppression still continues today against people of color.

But I guess there is always Ghandi, Jesus and Buddah for examples of non violence.

The civil rights movement was still a non violent movement, yes those on the other side opted for a violent response, but the result still speaks for itself. I maintain that it was a very effective non violent movement.

As for the black panthers. They were pretty much non existent until the end of the civil rights movement. They were part/the beginning of a different movement known as the black power movement. This movement unlike the civil rights movement was known for it's violence. the two movements did overlap, but were not the same.

With that said, we really digress from the topic at hand....that guy is hot

Im "oh-so-nuetral" on all of this but I gotta say (drunkingly) -Dont you think maybe she was JUST trying to show you a hot guy as the thread title states? I'm sure she had no intentions of causing an internet war. And when I watched the video, thats all I was looking for: A hot guy. Wish he would have taken off the glasses though

Im not sure what he makes but its a lot. They generally make 500-2000 a day from what Ive been told.

I didnt want to start a war but I think if people are against the war in general theyll be negative about any aspect of it. That wasnt my intent. I just think after becoming friends with a few of these guys from dallas that they need support just like the soldiers do. Theyre actually at higher risk because terrorists leaders offer higher rewards for contractors than soldiers.
