I just picked up some 4C White Tea and not only is this stuff packed with antioxidants, but it is delicious !!!
The only thing I don't like about it is that it has soo much sugar; 18g per 1.5 tbsp. -
But I have a trick...
I stir it as thouroughly as possible (think centrifuge). Whatever is not absorbed into the liquid is sugar and is left at the bottom because it is too heavy to be saturated into the water solution.
I drink it with a straw, never sucking from the bottom, and leave the last tablespoon or so of tea in the cup, since that would be a straight shot of sugar.
Mmmmm...
Has anyone tried either the 4C Green or White teas ?
