One time my puppy licked my BF's head all night long and he ended up with a small patch of missing hair. Does that take your mind off of it for a bit?

Ok booty and licking heads seems like a good cure, shall we make an infomercial?

I think mine was a rebound headache; I have had a headache for days now, and I think taking all this Excedrin GAVE me a headache.

that's why i looooove my imitrex. take at the first sign...gone within 30minutes!

for short term relief...smell yellow mustard. it only works while your smelling it, but it works.

also, if you have a robe tie, tie it around your head, make sure it goes around your forehead and down to the base of your skull. tie it TIGHT TIGHT TIGHT! it relieves the pressure immensely!

CF, there are quite a few other migraine meds out there. imitrex is actually considered "old" but it works for me, so i stick with it.

Oh, I know that. My neurologist tried many different meds. Some that even fucked with my memory and speech. I'm not too keen on drugs anymore.

I'm surprised you're even able to sit down in front of a computer, and type! When I get migraines I'm no good to the world..

I'm allergic to like every single pain medicine there is. But I did greatly enjoy the image that Sassy pasted in my head of me with a robe tie tied tightly around my pooka head while sw-ing.

I FiNaLlY got to sleeeeep and luckily I slept late enough that it was just a tiny headache today. Usually if I fall asleep with one I wake up with a worse one and then it turns into a small one. So I missed out on the worst part, yay!

I love imitrex but the thought of taking something that is supposed to restrict the blood vessels in my brain frightens me. I'm paranoid of a stroke or something. It is the only thing that can rid me of migraines....tylenol barely dulls them

I've been taking imitrx for years now and I've had no problems and it works so, I'm not changing. I also like a dark quite room and a icepack over my eyes.

Feel better Pooka and if you get another one and need someone to cuddle you through the pain just give me a call.
