    Default quaterly taxes

I filled my taxes for the first time a few months ago and I haven't gone back to work at all since then. My question is since I haven't worked all yr. for 2007 do I need to send in an estimated tax voucher for the first tax date (April 16) saying that I didn't make any money? I want to go back to work sometime during the year so having this question cleared up would help. Thanks!
