ummmmm..............I think I'll leave this one alone.![]()
You're sounding like a drag queen.
Skin bleaching cream is common (esp among the Asian crowd) but uhh.. that's really weird. What's up with you lately?
I think you have some serious issues or something that are finally starting to come out.
Why in the hell would you want to bleach your skin white? Michael Jackson looks like a freak. Janet Jackson, with her naturally beautiful black skin, is gorgeous.
Leave it the way you were made.
Skin bleacking is no more dangerous then tanning. It may even be lower!
I've considered it, but I'm getting tatted, so I don't want to mess anything up. But I may do it before, I envy porcalin skin!

I think there is another thread about this somewhere - it might be worth searching for.
Personally though I think this shit is not good for you and some people end up permanently disfigured from the procedure so dont go using any old cheap brand!
The macy's near me carries that shiasodo? line, I'm gonna go find it! How do you pronounce it? My bff uses it.

I use Paula's Choice 'Clearly remarkable skin lightening gel' on red spots left over from pimples and it fades them so well! I'm uber pale though so I don't know if it would work on darker skinned people well. It's the only one I've found that work's and doesn't break me out.
Here's a description of the product:
Use this silky-smooth, lightweight gel anywhere on the face or body to lighten sun-damaged, spotty or darkened areas and brighten ashy skin tones. The unique formulation contains 2% hydroquinone to inhibit melanin production and 2% salicylic acid (BHA) to enhance the efficacy of the hydroquinone.
- Effectively lightens sun- or hormone-induced brown skin discolorations (including freckles, age spots, and melasma)
- 2% salicylic acid (BHA) exfoliates the skin’s surface and inside the pore, helping eliminate blackheads and blemishes
- Lightweight, silky formula leaves skin feeling beautifully smooth
- 100% fragrance and colorant-free

I dont think thats a good idea. He can not have to much sun on him you know! I thought about lighten my skin also! It is really big thing in the asian countries. When I was over seas, I went to a salon and tried it but it back fire. I stay under the cream to long (three hours)and the bad bacteria in the cream ate the good bacteria. I was later diagnose with a skin infection. Which took morphine and some antibotics to make me better. Even after the horror with that I still consider lighten my skin. Yet I keep thinking about my past experience. Yet it was the lady fault she should have kept me there for only and hour and a half. But I guest she forgot about me.
But if you choose to go ahead with the cream. You will have to use the soap to and you will have to use lots of sun block. Plus stay out sunlight. Your skin will be now more senstive to sun. Now they have these phillipeans products that work pretty great.

This will help but you have to remember your face will be more senstive to the sun once you use any type of bleaching cream.

Its not even for me, i didnt want to say "My friend" or you people would be like "Sure...uh huh". Anyways im not talking that weird "asian white"....what i mean is if your tan, how do turn your skin fair? Not that weird Japanese geisha white...but "normal" white. I dunny why some of you (not all) are so close minded when a dude shaves his legs...or does modification to his skin tone (Ill say its me..so flame on). Im asking serious questions here....
P.S. Im not talking about using make-up...i need a permanent procedure or product.
There is no permanent proceedure. These are lotions.
I won't flame you, but I have serious speculations about you. mostly, you make me laugh!
Thanks LJ, this way I won't look like moron!![]()
If I get that Shiseido, does it work on white people? What kind of skin tone does it produce? And will it bleach off my freckles? I used to have the prettiest pale arsenic complexion with zillions of freckles; since moving to LA my skin has darkened. I want to be pale again but I want to keep my freckles!
Lemon juice in the bath sorta works, but it turns my white body hair reddish.![]()

Hmm.
You could always make a skin suit out of someone really pale...
