    Default Vegas trip?

So I hear Vegas is a good place to make bank dancing, and I happen to have some vacation coming up and was thinking of going out to work and play for a week or so. Travel isn't a thing, but I will need to crash and work somewhere- recommends? FYI I currently dance at the Lodge in Dallas, a gent's club, low/medium contact.

Lots of threads on info about dancing in Vegas. Try a search.
    Basics:
    1. Find a low budget place to stay. IE: Extended stay hotels.
    2.You need your sherrifs card.
    3. GO audition at a club in order to apply for your business license. IE: Paradise club is perfect to set that up for a small fee
    4. Find the right club for you by auditioning for many of them.
Don't be discouraged if you don't do well on your first trip. Remember, Vegas is very seasonal. Thrives during conventions. Look up what conventions are going on and how many people are attending them. Even better is if a sporting event( such as boxing at mandalay or superbowl shows) is also going on during that convention( there will be more people).
    Good luck!

You don't have to audition to get your business license. There are, however, some clubs that will do the paperwork for you so that you don't have to go to the Department of Taxation yourself.

You need a referral sheet from a club in order to get your Sheriff's card.

Really? Has the price gone up, because I think I spent $45 on mine but that was about 4 years ago.

Yeah...I could have been off, I was quoting that out of memory, and it's been years since I got it. My mistake.

Thanks guys, on second thought I think I'll aim for somewhere that doesn't require a license. Sorry to be such a bonehead I forgot NV required em.
