I gave them a real proper 'spin' earlier today.
I dunno. The piping still seems rather more flexible and pliable than my hoops I already have...
The "rasti" one as I call it (and you referred to) which is the lightest of the three you gave me is way too light. It is rather hard to work with "on the body". Off the body movements it is a pleasure to work with tho' as it is so easy to maneaour and doesn't hurt the hand. My only concern is whether it will get bent out of shape easier since it is so light etc. We'll see I guess....
The other two worked out wonderfully in the end. It was all of a matter of giving them a proper "whirl" as such.

It must be because the piping you are using is more pliable/flexible or whatever that it doesn't hurt so much to use them on or off the body.
Just FYI, the red one I chose is rather noisy to use.. and it isn't just the red decorative contact or whatever you used that makes it noisy to use... something in the hoop itself moving .. I dunno what.. just that I call it the noisy one.
It will be interesting to see how it goes if I use one of the ones you gave me and one my ones at the same time... yet i havn't gotten to the multiple hoop stage yet. I just want to 'dominate' all the moves on the HoopGirl DVD before I even think about adding a second hoop (or any more).
