How do these hold up with shaving every day? Whenever I've tried the self tanners, they come off a lot with each shave. Do the professional jobs get much deeper in the skin so they don't come off as much with shaving?

No they dont penetrate any deeper, they work much the same way. So they idea is to shave before getting one but I guess that doesnt help much if u are shaving everyday. Must u shave every single day?
Just try to use a moisturising shaving gel and remember to apply moisturiser at least twice a day to keep the tan in tact.

Yes I hate having rough legs or bikini area. I guess I could get waxed but then you have to let it grow out.

Or maybe use depilitary creams?
I know what u mean, it's funny on the odd occasion that a custie has grabbed my leg they have commented that im spikey - then i get to say "well u shouldnt be touching anyway"![]()

Yeah and my BF is VERY touchy, he loves to touch me and loves my legs so I like to stay smooth for him. I hate rubbing against my guy and feeling my stubble scrape on him.

I know my bf calls me "bluey" - it's the name of my cactus - no im not a weirdo who named her cactus, its the name on the label.
But if u dont have too sensitive skin maybe try one of the creams as they last a little longer than shaving. You might also be able to use it after u get the tan done - just ask your beautician if the cream will affect the tan. I cant use the creams my skin gets a rash.

I've tried them but they've never really worked that well for me. Like it wasn't super smooth and didn't get all the hair out. I'm Russian, so I have very thick dark hair. I actually have to warn new hairdressers because my hair is soooo thick they don't expect the time that it takes to wash, dry and straighten it.

I still shave when I spray tan, but I use one of the gradual tan lotions and put it on every other day or so after I Mystic. That's the only thing I've found that helps to keep me from fading out.
There's also a few lotions out there that will help your hair grow in thinner and slower. They only work with continued use, but it may be worth it for you to start using one.
