I am curious too. Haven't been there since CES.

Did they raise there house fees?

Also, what percentage do they take for cashing in funny money?

Has anybody else been receiving text messages form Sapphire's as well?

I have been working at SR, but last night there was TOO MANY girls, with not enough customers. It sucked! I want to try someplace else.

I just started working there and I Love it. The staff is nice and the other gals are either friendly or ignore you. Thnere are alot of girls but are "wanna dance" girls so being friendly helps alot.

Funny money cash in is 10%

I'm not sure what the house fees were before but this is what they are now:

    Sunday-Thursday
    6am-2pm $10
    2pm-5pm $30
    5pm-8pm $45
    8pm-4am $65
    4am-6am $30

    Friday and Saturday
    6am-2pm $10
    2pm-5pm $30
    5pm-8pm $50
    8pm-4am $70
    4am-6am $30

    There is also manditory valet

Its hard not to make money as long as you are trying. There girls that sit around and bitch but if you aproach custies will buy. Its been very easy money for me so far.

Do they take a percentage of your dances? Are there any other fees/tips?

SarahB- thank you so much for the info!!! I have been thinking about going back to Sapphire. I was just wondering if they were busy lately, and the house fee schedule helped a lot too. Thanks again!!!

What she forgot to add in the housefees schedule is the DJ tip out. It is automaticially included in housefees, weather you are on stage or off.
    It is
$15 extra on top of the regular housefees.
    Off stage is $40

I was there last night. It was pretty busy.

Actually, I added the total house fees in as it would have been confusing to make the 2 fees seperate. Take $15 away from each of the posted house fees and that's the fee without the DJ.

If the custy pays via credit card you get funny money and they charge 10% to cash that in.

There are no other required fees that I know of. I always tip the staff when they are helpful though and the valet guy that stands out in the wind(poor thing)

That can't be right. I was just there, my house fees last night were $85. On stage, I got there at 10pm. Interesting....will have to see what I pay tonight...

I went to Sapphire last night at 9:30 and I paid & $80. The DJ told me he only gets $5 out of each house fee... I don't really have a point. I am more confused than ever, lol!

Yep. The dj gets $5, out of the $15 you pay for the dj. Its just Sapphires crafty way to get mroe money out of you. The dj fee used to be 10, and he only got 5, but then they increased it to 15...but he stil gets 5. Its fucked up bullshit...because girls are led to believe that your paying the dj 15 dollars....the dj gets screwed cause the girls dont want to tip him more....

Hmmm that is odd, because I paid the amounts shown and I have worked there on almost every day listed. Did it used to be higher and you are being kept at the higher tip out?

I'd ask to see the tip out schedule if I were you hon. Something isn't right.

No..it used to be lower. The housefee schedule u listed used to be what I paid. Before the dj fee's went up. Now its higher, but you seem to be payign the lower fee, and I thought that maybe you werent aware of the dj fee increase, or aware the dj fee was included....so Im not sure whats going on now...it is confusing....

I've actually never been in Sapphires, although I've driven by it 8,500 times. I always heard that it was hard to make money there unless you got a sky box? True, not true?

I always thought that is was good money, sometimes easier than SR, less girls and some of them the not the hottest. I did a lot more floor dances but I always kept busy and did well. I love there 4 hour shift minimum too. Their VIP area is really beautiful too.

I didn't like their stages or that stupid big screen that they played music videos on. Sometimes I found their VIP host greedy and the guy who checks you in at the front was pushy greedy too.

However, since I worked there in January, their drink prices went up and that turned me off. I have never worked there slower nights, I would only try Thursday through Saturday.

I agree with you. I got turned off when they raised the drink prices, the housefees, and the tipouts. The new management got very greedy.
And just so you know..they raised the min. shift to 6 hours..just foudn that out when I went back...

there slow nights are SLOW. girls line up at the front door and pounce on guys as they walk in. Its very hard to make money, and I woudl often leave just breaking even. But..weekends are poretty good, so if you work hard you are able to do well enough to onyl work thurs-sat.

You dont need skyboxes to make good money. Skyboxes are few and far between. they arent an easy sale, at 750 an hour. ( bar and your money) When I first started there..I coudl get 2 skyboxes a week, 3 years ago. Now...I have gotten 2 in the past year....its just not as easy as it used to be to sell thoes skyboxes.

Was there on Monday for the dancer appreciation party. It was fun. I worked afterwards and worked my tail off. It's just hard to sell anything more than just dances. One guy I danced for was so pissed off at me that I didn't let him touch me. He said that another girl let him touch. Either he's lying, which most likely I hope he is, or the bouncers are being lax on repremanding the extras girls on the main floor.

Last time I was there I was making my money $20 at a time.

Ever since they raised their VIP drink prices it has became to harder to sell one. Four $14 drinks for 30 minutes. Who can really drink 4 drinks in a half hour, alcohol or not! Especially where most other clubs have a two $12 drink minimum for 30 minutes.

I guess I will be staying where I'm at.

I like the look of the club but that's about it. I've been there only about 3 times and i hate it.

I like to get a few dances on the floor. What's the deal with the couches? It's like you are sitting on the floor. The chairs suck too.

Never been to the VIP rooms because I assume its the same crummy setup.

Hope someone can change my opinion because right now I'm not very high on this club.
