    Default I can't decide

Alright, it's time for me to start working out again. Gotta push myself here. I need to get energized, I have no energy what so ever and i'm always feeling sleepy.

I've lost LOTS of weight, due to stress and the medication I was taking(it made me hate lots of certain foods I use to love). I want to gain muscle weight. I also forgot what's it like to live a healthy life style, some what.

Now I can't decide if I should just go back to my old gym and hire a trainer, he/she can get me back into the routine of fitness...and give me some pointers on what to eat & shit.

Or go to a yoga and pilates studio and take those classes. I like the benefits of both. Since after all Yoga does take a lot of stress out of a person(& boy, i've stressed a LOT these past couple of weeks), from what I heard and keeps you looking young. And pilates keeps you tight.

OOORRR, I was thinking of taking something fun to get me more motivated. Like Capoiera(sp?). It's Brazilian Karate. You get to learn how to kick ass, while listening to some groovy Afro-Brazilian drum beats. Makes you want to shake your ass. How can you not love that. I heard this form of exercise is intense too.

I wish I can do it all. Arrgh. Have to pick one. I want to feel healthy, sexy, and fun like I use to.

Hi PrettyCurlieQ .. geez that looks like a diary inside my brain!!
Well Vyanka .. I totally love yoga and have been almost going to it for the last two weeks. Of course my boyfriend keeps saying no bc we've hardly spent time together blah blah blah, but I'm about to start bc I cannot duplicate the feeling I get from a yoga class. A trainer (I know I'm doing this out of order, srry) would totally whip your ass into gear, and get you going on the right track i.e. motivating you since they're standing right there .. weighing you, pinching you with those stupid fat counter thingys....and I have always wanted to try capoiera, although can't seem to find it in my town so I guess I'm at a loss there.

But why not get the trainer and do yoga? No time?? What I've always done is go to the gym .. work out, cardio, weights etc, then go to yoga to wind down and stretch it all out....
If time is a factor, I'd go w/ the trainer. Seriously, paying someone is gonna make it happen the fastest and the most surely, right?

Time isn't an issue, all of these places are near my home/job. So that's good. I'm just trying to figure out which one is more beneficial for now. If I could I can do it all, I would. But I can't afford to do it all, gotta do one.

Although at my gym they do have a yoga class once a week, but I can't concentrate there for some reason...if feels rushed in there and I don't like that.

I think i'm gonna do Capoeira for a month, it's only 89 bucks a month. Then after that month is over, go back to the gym. I can always freeze my membership.

    And last take the Yoga/Pilates.

Capoiera sounds really fun. I wonder if they do that here.

My gym runs yoga and pilates classes too, but I find they aren't as good as going to an actual studio.

Yup, exactly how it is in my gym. It's rushed. I friggin hate it.

Google Capoiera near your town, you should find one. That's how I found the one near. I'm so excited for it.
