Lately I'm starting to worry about my feet. They are starting to look like stripper feet from being crammed into heels all the time. These are for re-aligning your toes and I may purchase them. Anyone use em? Thoughts on them??

can't you just get the things they sell in beauty supply stores for painting toenails? It just seem like it would be cheaper with virtually the same effect... But I'm def curious about them if someone has used them...
I have a spacer for between by big toe and second toe, to prevent bunions. Same idea, I guess. it feels good, I like it!
Feature costumes for sale!
Thats so funny.. i just got my pair from ebay. Dont now if they are goin to work. I put them on for an hour after i get out of the shower when im getting ready for work. Its only been a couple of weeks since I got them so I'm not expecting to much. It does give my feet a weird soreness when the hour is up..maybe thats a good sign.
I was also tempted to order these in the past as I have a small corn on my fourth toe due to the start of a hammer toe. I wonder if the yogapro will actually help to strengthen and train your toes... or at least help to reverse the damage of squishing feet into heels at work? A good stretch couldn't hurt. Is there a difference between yogapro and say using the pedicure toe separators? I tried to find reviews online but couldn't get enough info to decide if it was worth purchasing.

i can't wear them cos i have a webbed toe![]()

I think I'm going to order these myself. I still wear heels to the office and my feet are killing me by the end of the day (so glad for these few days off!).
I bought them for corns that are starting on the top of my toes too. They keep your toes more seperated than the pedicure ones. You can walk around in them to but it starts to get sore pretty quik.
^^Like they've been crammed into shoes.

I know someone who has these and she can only wear them for a very short period of time because they cause a lot of pain. I guess they'd separate your toes a little but she cannot wear them for more than 10-15 minutes and since they're painful she usually doesn't bother.
My chiropractor gave me exercises for my feet. Basicly you place your feet about hip with apart and turned out silghtly. Bend down (obviously) and straighten and seperate your toes. Stand up, turn your knees out ever so slightly (this with raise the arches of your feet) then keeping your back straight squat and stand straight up 10 times like the laughing policeman. If you cant get all of the way down dont worry, just do whats comfortable.
It helps - it wont reverse fully damaged feet of course but its cheap and easy!

LR, that's pretty cool. I've never seen that before. I'm interested in how well it works as well...
I wonder if those that LR showed would be better at straightening out toes, instead of just separating them. And honestly, when I get pedis, those things barely separate my toes at all! I have stupid long toes.
But I'd wear them.. just to try it, I like to try new stuff just in case it's the next miracle ..![]()
They get cheaper if you buy two or more pairs...anyone in the Phx area want to get them with me???

those pedicure things hurt me already, god knows what this thing would do.
that said, i'm a chronic toe splayer whenever i get a chance (spreading toes with my foot muscles). people have told me it's weird.... i don't care. i'm a sitting duck for bunions.

like claws or something like you could perch on a branch
i work with a girl who wears heels that are one size too big (i know strange since most girls wear heels too small) well, when she dances her feet slide annd her toes hang competely out so she clenches her toes and grips the platform part of her shoe it looks really fucking strange like big claws or buzzard feet. give it a yr or two and her feet will be like that forever. every time she goes on stage all i can see are those claws its like a train wreck![]()

Some Douchebag: "[Pimp C] 12:43 am: its true we got to stick together the black people on SW CK you is teh condoleeza of SW"
Ugh, I fucking hate seeing toes hanging out over platforms like little claws, so ugly!!!
CK - no I haven't checked ebay yet, but I will! Thx!
ETA: Mine don't look like claws over my shoes! Just wanted to clarify that! Mine look like they've spent half their life in pointy shoes, the other half crammed into stripper heels.

I had to order from ebay because the yoga toe website would'nt deliver to canada. They were about the same price as ebay. Make sure to order small, I have huge feet and the small is a good fit.
I was about to orders these but waited as I had a podiatrist appointment. Now, keep in mind, being a ballet dancer and figure skater in my teens did nothing to help my feet.... My podiatrist said that they weren't worth it. He said keeping them stretched out that much would only cause pain and reminded me that it took years to get my toes to stay crammed together, minutes or hours a week were not going to fix it.
He told me that if I was serious about helping my feet I should get orthopedic insoles and/or shoes. When I asked if they made ortho insoles for heels he gave me a nasty look. Then he said to stay in under three in heels. Guess we're all fucked...

I know this thread is old... but I finally ordered a pair off of ebay. My first ebay purchase ever because I am so worried about my feet getting any worse!
I have orthotics that I got from my podiatrist. 1 pair for casual, and one that can be worn in my heels/work shoes. I do notice a huge difference in my stability when they're worn with my stripper shoes because my problems were stemming from improper weight placement.
My podiatrist also pointed out that the damage done to my feet was done over many years, but did not discourage me from getting the Yoga Toes. It's worth a try. I just want pretty feet again! Anyway, I will update on whether or not I think they're doing anything productive after I've tried them for a bit, in case anyone's interested. If anyone else has continued to use the Yoga Toes I'd love to hear what your results have been like.
you have orthotics for heels??? See thread right above yours. My podiatrist wouldn't even answer my question if they made them. So I assumed they don't. Where did you get them? I want special insoles for heels!

Having danced for years off and on, I had been able to maitain 'pretty and healthy' feet. I attribute that to wearing Teva sandals when I wasn't working and other assorted low heeled shoes. When I lived in San Francisco, I did a LOT of walking all over the city. It was funny because a lot of my friends would make fun of my Tevas. (They are NOT cute)
However, my Teva's finally broke and I never replaced them. Also, I didn't start wearing platform heels to dance until 3 years ago. Before I would wear platfor boots, but regular heels and my feet were just fine.
Just a couple of months ago, my feet really started to show the effects of those pretty platforms. My feet are fine, but my toes have had it.
I'm gonna get me a pair of them 'yoga toes'. Also, ladies, wearing 'good for you' ugly shoes, is not such a bad thing.
