Default I feel like a robot

I'm not used to working alot and after working for 4 nights straight I feel like the living dead...I need to go in tonight, however, since I'm moving and need to catch up on some things. I can't skip a Saturday. Any ideas besides the usual Redbull?

Amp taste's much better than Redbull.
Take a quick, half hour power nap, and on your way in stop and buy some Amp.
That's about all I can think of.

When I feel like this after working 4-5 days straight, I'm no good to anyone. I end up tanking at work because mentally, my brain needs some R&R

I don't even like working 2 days in a row! Props to you for working so hard tho. Try to remind yourself that you'll give yourself a nice break once the night is over, so you better work super hard. Staying busy will make it go by faster, then you can come home and crash.

If I had to do that then I just become focused shut up and do it. However, I make sure that next weeks schedule is a spaced out 3 days of work. I always try to make sure I have prepared food for myself so I dont buy or eat crap before work.

Seasilver or similar vitiamin liquid from the GNC/Vitiamin World. I found one that has 32 vitiamins, 72 trace minerals (every mineral in your body) and like 120 ingredients that your body uses in a foul capful shot that i take once a day. My skin looks awsome, i have energy, and no longer get the crash, i really feel the diferance on days i forget.

Kudos to you for having the stamina to work that much! So how'd it go? I was so freaking tired last night and was *thisclose* to talking myself into staying home b/c I was exhausted, but I sucked it up, got a huge-ass Starbucks coffee with extra shots on my way to work and just did it. Glad I did too-it was a good night.

I drank alot of water, 1 1/2 Rockstars to switch it up a bit and kept myself busy, busy. Didnt make what I would usually make, but I made enough to be happy I went in.
Oh, and I bought myself some new leg warmers for an ensentive. I think that helped. Couldn't bring myself to go in tonight, but I will try those vitamins out!
