    Default should I change clubs?

I just started working at this club a few weeks ago, never having danced on stage before. It's definitely not a nice club, and most of the girls are not hot. I figured I would start somewhere small and crappy to figure out what I'm doing first, then move on to somewhere else.

The thing is, I'm not sure if I'm ready yet but the money is so bad, I'm making $100 or less a night (with the exception of one night when I made $400), and I don't think it's my hustle, it's just the fact there aren't ANY guys coming in. I don't know if it's just a slow time or should I just pack my bags ASAP and find a classier place to work.

check out the other clubs first, buy the girls that work there a ladies drink and ask them how it is to work there. befriend the helpful ones, go on a night when they are not to busy so your not in the way of them making money and they should give you good advice before you decide to leave your club. grass is always greener, but reseach is always smarter......

slowness happens at every club. every single one of them.

that doesn't mean you should stay though. do what ninjakitty said and go check some places out. just, don't expect to make a lot more anywhere else. you might not -think- it's your hustle, but it very well could be. also, sometimes being new stops guys from buying dances in the first place. another thing to think about is your level of hotness in relation to moving to another club. you're at a club right now where you're probably one of the hottest girls. move to a more upscale club with selective hiring and you'll be one hottie in a sea of hot chicks. some of those chicks will have a lot of experience. sometimes it's beneficial (esp when you're new) to be surrounded by dogs. this makes customers care less about your newbieness and more about the fact that they want a dance from the hottest girl there. i think a move might be a good idea. i'm just saying, there are many factors that contibute to how much money you make besides your physical appearance and your hustle. there's the club itself, the customer base of that club, the other girls you work with, wether there are a lot of "spenders" in your city or not, the time of the month/year, etc. etc. etc.

you can get a pretty good feel for a club by going in and checking it out. however, the only way you're going to get a real good idea of what your earning potential is at that club, is to work there for at least a week.

It very well could be my hustle. I'm not discounting that, I'm just having a hard time thinking that's completely why because there actually have to be men in the club for me to try to hustle before I stop to think, "Hey, I'm doing something wrong." The one night we had a decent crowd I made $400, and all of the tips I used from Hustle Hut worked. ($400 is fairly decent money for this area, I'm in SWPA) But usually, we get one or two guys at the stage for a while, and that's it. I try to turn these into sales when I'm on stage, but it's not always happening--they just don't have any money--you can be as giggly and flirtacious and persuasive as you want, they can't pull money out when they don't have it. Last night it was like this and we had ten girls on last night. It was ridiculous. I try to stay positive at work. I don't know.

I don't mind being a hottie in a sea of hot girls as long as there's enough to go around. I don't plan on burning any bridges, but I will check out other places in the area--or farther away, because I certainly don't mind travelling if it's worth it.
