I really want to start stripping. However, I gave birth about 7 months ago and my body isn't in as good of shape as it used to be. Don't get the wrong idea, I'm down to 112 lbs now (used to be 100) but my body isn't as toned as it once was. So, i was wondering if any of you ladies could suggest any workouts that would really help tone my abs (as you can imagine, they're currently non existent), ass, and thighs...keep in mind I don't have time for the gym or anything that involves going out during the day, lol. My daughter occupies all that time.
p.s. I heard the carmen electra dvd's are really good workouts...and are there any other workout dvd's you would recommend?
