at my club we're supposed to put in a schedule every week. mine is ALWAYS the same, wed, thurs, and saturday. if i work different days it's for specific reasons, like i worked a tues because we had a meeting so i was there anyway, or i worked last mon because it was opening day.
ever since that tuesday, i get a phone call every week on tuesday asking why im not there. BECAUSE I DONT WORK ON TUESDAYS.
and i worked last monday, and i just got a call saying im on the schedule for today. saturday night, i just told them that this week i could only work thurs and fri because of school stuff going on this week. and they still argue with me every week about my schedule?
i've tried talking to them about it and it hasnt helped. what else can i do? any ideas?
edit: i think one problem is communication between managers. last week on monday, i told one manager that that night was in place of wednesday, and other other manager didnt find out. and the manager i told that i couldnt work til thursday this week wasn't the same one i just got a call from. but i can't do anything about that! this is so frustrating.
