    Default So happy... lost 10 lbs!

    I've finally lost the first 10 lbs.! I gained alot of weight some months back, and finally got serious about my diet and eating habits. I stopped working at the clubs because of my weight gain (I used to be in great shape, but alot of stress triggered me to binge on food), lets face it it's no fun trying to show off a fat body, LoL. It took me 3 months to lose 10 lbs., but I'm fine w/that because finally the weight is staying off for good! I was yo-yo-ing between 148-141 for awhile, it was very frustrating to say the least. Now just 10 lbs. more to go.... yay! I just hope I don't get horrible stretch marks from gaining and losing all this weight within one year. I already see some appearing....

    Thanks ladies! Yeah, I think I'm going to pick up some of that stri-vectin now, and a really good cocoa butter lotion. Stepped on the scale again today, I'm down 1 more pound, woohoo!

    ^^ ^^ Pop some vitamin E as well. Treating them externally and internally will cut down on them drastically.

    I drink alot of water, I down at least 8 oz. as soon as I wake up and eat my breakfast within the first hr. I'm awake. I always have a cup of fresh fruit and something a little more filling to go w/it. ( I choose one of the following; cottage cheese, oatmeal, granola, vegan waffles, or my own homemade lowfat breakfast burrito... it's sooo good!) The largest meal I have each day is lunch, followed by a small dinner. I don't eat later than 10pm (I have the occasional slipup, but who doesn't?). I stick to a mosty veggie diet, but eat fish and chicken 3 times a week each. I allow myself something beef and pork once a month. I put a eating plan together w/a nutritionist and I'm very pleased. I never really feel hungry or deprived. Oh, and I eat sweets seldomly. Like maybe once a week.
    BUT, I just went on vacation and gained almost 3 lbs. back, oops. (alot of booze, and things I shouldn't have ate)
    Oh well, it should be gone by the end of the week.
