I am want to know what the best thing to eat after work is I am suppoesed to eat 6 times a day about every 3 hours but eating after work puts me at eating 7 times. I am very hungry after though so what are some choices to make.

Protein, like some grilled chicken, maybe with some spinach. You can also try things like an apple and a string cheese stick.
I loved to come home from the club and cut a couple little pieces of cheese, pour a little wine, and enjoy them in a hot bath. Not too heavy, but it's pleasant, healthy, and puts me right to sleep.





Celery cut up in pieces and then dipped into various dips along with some pieces of cheese. I love the crunchy-ness of the celery, it is a light snack, makes me feel full. The dips just help give the celery flavour (as I don't always have them with dips .. usually without).

I love the chewy Kashi (sp) Go Lean bars, the ones that are high in fiber and protein.




A protien shake and an apple will fill you up.





i eat a lean pocket, or something of the sort. just something to curb my hunger, but not gorge myself.



Cashews,a few dark chocolate sqares,apple or bananna and peppermint tea.





So I don't get bored with the celery, I will mix it up with carrot sticks as wellGreat minds think alike
Just that I find this is the best snack because as you said it makes you feel good in the morning since it is filling yet not 'heavy'.
I could never understand girls having Maccas after work or similiar food. Yuck.

Yek i love that idea since i love wine and cheese and baths. Last night i was in the bath thinking to myself"im really gonna need these baths after i start back work and want to relax my feet"
Now i can add the ine and cheese to my routine!

-A cup of soup
-Raw vegies with salsa
-A little lean turkey
-A small treat, like a mini low fat ice cream
-Petit nori snacks (dried strips of nori seaweed with a wasabi flavouring)
