Default When you go to a SC as a customer

How do you manage to make your $$ last an hour or more? You might feel xtra obligated to spend and guilty to decline, but you gotta do it if you are going to be in there for any good length of time, experiences? I'd guess you leave it up to yr man to call the shots/take care of rejection (that's what I'd do lol) but what about if yr there with a girlfriend?

P.S. If going to a SC as a customer is something you don't do, then there is no need to respond obviously....

I"m gonna be totally real here, I DONT' spend money at the stripclub. The only person I tip is my waitress. The dancers don't really do anything IMO to be worthy of my $$$

Everyone can jump on me if you think this is incorrect... but I've been looking for a new club lately...so I've been doing a lot of previewing. AND...the way I've been tipping is thus...

If there are more than just two people at the rack. I will tip $1 a song, unless some sort of special reasons/talents/beauty/attitude warrants more money.. BUT yeah, if there are like 7-10 guys at the rack with me. Then probably $1 a song.

If it is JUST ME and maybe 1 other guy or 1 other friend. Then I will tip $2 to $3 a song.

It's been so slow for me lately at my club... (people keep saying it's Tax season)...and I know what it feels like to have 2 people at your rack and both are tipping the bare minimum.

And..well...I also know that when I have like 5-6 guys at my rack and they're all tipping at least $1. Ahhh...I just woke up...does any of this make sense??

Hehe.. And I'm a newer dancer..feel free to yell at me if all of this is wrong.

Yea I don't go either, altho I did tell Cherry-Sin in the other thread I'd give her $$ if I went, since I'd feel guilty not paying for a freak show (reason for going there)...

I went to Crazy Horse Too a few years ago, because me and the bf were going to Vegas and just got done with Jenna's book, that was enough for me

I'm strictly dickly and get too many not asked for free ones as it is It's all good tho...

And then a few months ago we went to check out the local competition here in Jersey but unfortuntately at go-go bars you have to sit at the bar....I dunno, it sucked ...not really sure why I started this thread, guess just from reading about how some girls here do go

I don't sit at the tip rail unless it's a dancer I really like, and when I sit there I tip at least a dollar a song. But I'm mostly there for lapdances, so I tend to save all my money for one or two dancers I think are really hot. I don't get VIPs, just lapdances.

I guess maybe the go-go set up here is particular to t his area...I dunno it just seemed weird...4 girls on a main stage with bar all around in a square, then they all come around looking for tips...seemed out of control ...not sure if I want to work there bc of that

Not to start anything, what you do with your money is your decision. But this is what us girls on SW complain about so much. About customers coming in, watching us dance on stage, watching other customers dances and not spend any money. Don't you at least tip some of the girls on stage? I admit I don't spend tons of money at a SC, because I don't have much money to burn but I do go up and tip the girls on stage at least a $1 ea. and get a couple of dances. I've never spent more than $100 at a SC, but I do spend. I'm just curious as to why you feel this way? Are the dancers mean to you? Do they not come up and talk to you? What's the reason for your feelings? Why go to a SC as a customer if you feel this way?

I tip the girls that I find the hottest, or who impress me with their stage skills. I'm picky about who I want to have dance for me, but I'll always tip that dancer over and above the price of the dance. I usually don't have to turn many dancers down, though, cause very few seem to approach a woman customer. If I want a girl to dance, I usually have to flag her down and tell her. Can't blame them, though...I'm the same way with female customers when I'm working.

i don't go to a strip club as a customer unless i'm going to spend money. i usualy drink at the bar for about 10-15 minutes. i eyeball the stage from there. i move closer to the stage after that, but not to the tiprail. when i see a girl i/we like i/we/or my boyfriend alone will go up the stage and tip well. we usualy ask a girl to join us after we've tipped her and she's said thank you by coming over. i don't want a girl sitting with us because we begged her to come over. i want a girl who isn't "afraid" of couples. if the conversation goes well (and i'll generaly make up my mine within a song or two) i'll ask her to do some dances, or go to VIP, usualy whichever seems like the best option for my money and comfort. i don't like getting dances out in the open because too many guys watch me with the other girl. however, i won't pay for VIP if it's a ridiculous ammount. in that case i'll just go to the least populated part of the club i can find.

a dancer going to a strip club as a customer and not spending money on the girls working there is down right completely rude.

i don't go unless i plan to spend plenty of money and encourage whoever is going with me to do the same as well. Once there in my experience my money lasts for a long time because so few of the girls actually come up to ask us since there is a female customer there. Last time i went i told myself i would say yes to every girl that actually asked me. i took enoough money to be prepared to do this and i figured once it was all spent we would go home. We stayed until closing time and even then i still had money on me since so few girls asked. In my experience it's not a good idea to call over a girl that i find attractive since a lot of times they get this attitude that since the sale is already closed for them they can be a bitch or say that they only do vip's intead of regular dances. i'd rather wait for them to approach.

I don't ever go to strip clubs as a customer unless I have over 200 dollars to spend, and it hurts my finances to spend that much on the luxury of a strip club so I don't go that often. I've actually NEVER gotten a dance from another girl, but tipping 20 dollar bills on stage seriously warms my heart. I love seeing other strippers happy.

Oh no, I dont think you're trying to start anything. I've been to a stripclub like maybe 3x before I was a dancer. I don't tip girls, nor do I buy dances. BUT I have given dollars to my friends so that they could get some "action"

When I go to stripclubs, most women do ignore me. Once I went to Deja Vu w/ $200 in my pocket, (b4 I started working there) and we watched girls just walk in a circle doing "wanna dance" There was one girl, my best friend wanted a dance from. Yet she refused to come our way, didn't even look in our direction.

If and when I go to stripclubs, I do so with the intent of spending as much money as I can afford. I wrote about my Magic City trip in club chat, and I am soooo going back. I will not spend less than $300 in 1-2 hours. The dancers perform a service I enjoy and deserve the money. I will not go to a club unless I have money to spend. It's rude. I will behave the way I expect my customers to behave ... like a P-I-M-P!

I also know that if I want a dancer's attention, I have to throw money at her first. Afterall, I ignore customers who don't tip me.

I'm also not going to be in the club for hours on end..I go out, tip the waitress, tip a girl if I thought she was nice or pretty whatever..but that's been rare for me. Most girls (that I've encountered) avoid me. And I'll be damned if I flagged some girl down to give her some money. F that!

^^ my kinda woman, foreal doe

On the serious tip, I honestly don't frequent strip clubs but maybe once a year. The last time I went to one was when one for one of my boys bachelor parties. That was almost a year ago from this date. And when I go, I'm usually that cat playing it low key with his boys sitting in the back just kicking back and smoking a cigar...very mellow. I rarely ever approach the stage, and usually just give my buddies 5 or 10 bucks each and say 'here guys, knock yaself out.' In the rare event I do indeed approach the stage, I'm usually pretty generous with mines...and if she's seemingly paying me more attention than the rest of the dudes huddled around, then I'll toss her a 10 spot, even if I just chill there for a minute or two. I just generally don't like the feeling of being right next to a bunch of obnoxious dudes circled around a girl like a football huddle. I do often get approached for lapdances though, probably because I do try to dress nicely whenever I go...and my overtly shy demeanor might present them with what they feel is a challenge (or perhaps they're just sick of the boisterous asshats calling them out).

But in general, I'm not much of a sc dude...odd as that seems...I guess it was just never my thing.

Absolutley. It's tip karma. I dont go as a custie much anymore, but when i do I make damn sure I tip well. To every girl(esp if I am sitting near the stage) no matter what she looks like or her dancing skills(orlack thereof). The only exception would be if a girl was rude...otherwise everyone gets tipped. I dont buy dances(since I started dancing it feels odd ot be on the recieving end) but I will buy dances for my husband or friends who are with us.

I wasn't questioning your candor. I responded, which I'm allowed to do. And it's interesting to see that the poster who agrees with you is a guy who's on a stripper board yet doesn't frequent strip clubs.

To the OP: what's your concern with making money last? Are you trying to check out a lot of clubs? In that case I can see not wanting to blow through a bill or two at each stop, and I should think stage tips are perfectly sufficient. You can get through an hour only spending $20 at the stage.

Did I say something wrong? lol

I just liked cinammon's 'real straight up' approach to things...that's all. Wasn't trying to side with anyone or burn any bridges. As for myself, when and if I ever do go, I generally toss the waitress a 5 spot, and like I said...I'll toss a dancer a 10 spot for 1 or 2 minutes of close up action and I'm good. Different strokes for different folks.

When my husband and I go to a club that im not working at, we tip every girl we think is hot and get a few dances, spend plenty on drinks and whatever and tip the waitress generously. We usually hit the ATM frequently and go over our preplanned budget. If we go to a club where i work, it is completely different, as it is more like a regular club atmosphere, b/c I know everybody. It is weird for me to get dances from girls i already know, imo it takes the mystery and the fun out of it.

on the rare occasions when me i go to the SC as a custy it's with my man & we like to have at least $200 between us. we're lucky to have a club with $5 dances & $4 beers so $200 gets us a good night out. woot!

we don't sit at the rail, we get a table. if i sit at the rail i feel obligated to tip every girl & i may not like every girl that's working so... yeah. the first half hour or so is drinking, browsing and stage tipping. a buck or two a song to "maybe" girls, $5 if she's someone i definitely want a dance from.

as for who handles rejection: every man for himself! we've got different taste in girls so i don't want him answering for me and visa versa. i have taught him to answer honestly when a girl asks for a dance & not be afraid to say no. (him & his buddy have some horror stories from when they were too chicken to say no *shudder*) if it's a girl you're not interested in, simply say "no thank you". if it's someone with potential but you're still in the browsing phase you say "still browsing. maybe a little later." if it's a girl you like but you're not quite ready for dances yet it's "still settling in. come back in a little bit." and give her a couple of bucks.

if i were to go out with a group of girls, all the same rules would apply.

As some of the previous posters have stated, I only go out to a strip club with the intent to spend money thus it can be rare for me to visit another strip club these days. Even if I am "scooping out the scene", I still will stay for an hour and spend money.

Granted, I'm a stage-only customer in a strip club. No lap dances bought for me by me. If they were bought by someone else, I'll partake yet I personally will not buy one for myself.

Since the lowest cash note in my country is $5, I am thus only tipping the dancers who I feel deserve the money. Those that can actually do a performance of some quality (with or without pole work) will get my money. Plus any dancer "friends" as I want to show up all the cheap a-holes in the club off as such

If a dancer who doesn't already know me has made the trouble to come up and approach me for a dance I am sure to tip her next time she is on stage whilst I am there in thanks.

The main reason I'm a stage only customer is because stage is the one place within EVERY club I have ever frequented and/or worked within where the dancer can keep 100% of her money if she is tipped cash (not dancer dollars). There are plenty of clubs where the club takes a bit off every private dance and I want to ensure that the dancer is receiving my money 100% not the club (they get my money via the drinks I purchase).
