Went to the doctor today, and boy was it depressing.
I have to lose around 10 fairly quickly, to control my condition, or I may never be able to have children.
I cant fast/soup diet etc.
Im limited in the exercise I can do (nothing heavy on upper body, not too much impact) as I have a slipped disc.
A trip to a nutritionist is planned, and Ill start swimming more as soon as school goes back in (its horrible to do laps with kids in the lane messing about, and the lifeguards dont do much) but I really need some more advice on how to do this safely, but quickly.
Ive always liked being curvier, but it might prevent me from having kids-which is important to us.
Any advice?
