    Default neat-looking up-dos

I have very fine hair that tends to break off in little wisps around my face. That's OK if I'm wearing my hair down, but when I put it up, it looks messy. I'm hair-product phobic but I'm willing to bite the bullet if that's what it takes to get a nice-looking ponytail or up-do. I don't know what products to use, though. Anyone have any advice?

A soft hairspray will hold the wispy hairs up. As will a clean gel. I tried Garneir (sp) hairspray and loved it. It holds, and does not flake.

There are so many products made to hold hair back without the greasy look these days.

    Good luck.

I have fine broken hair too. I love Paul Mitchell spray gel for this..works wonders!(and cruelty free..bonus!). A fine mist of hair spray over it and you're good to go

omg. I totally recc this product too! It's amaxing! also, since you'll use it like a spray, you don't run through it like with normal gel, where you use a ton.
