I've seen a few threads dealing with eating at night, during or after work. but my problem seems to be eating during the day.
When i am at uni i don't usually have time for a lunch break until about 3pm. And the way things are going at the moment i need to grab something quick before heading up to the lab to work on assignments.
The stupid thing is, the canteen in my building closes at 3pm! and the alternative is to buy some sweets out of the machine and a can of diet coke.
I've done this every day for the past 2 weeks and it's just not a healthy way to eat.
My question is what can i make or buy that i can eat quickly, which is healthy, during the day. When i get the chance i get myself a sandwich but they aren't all that great themselves. i'm a vegetarian so are there any "good" sandwich fillings to choose?
The way i'm going just now is i wake up and rush out the door without breakfast as i don't have time.Eat some chocolate for lunch then have a pasta dish at home for my dinner. After about 7 pm i am starving and eat so much crapSo i'm guessing my lunch choice will need to help prevent that sudden hunger at night.
