Lately(started in oct) I have been having really weird food patterns. i have been eating healthy food,keeping my cals at 1200 a day(im on a break from dancing), in a journal. I write down everything i eat and drink. Anyway, now my habit is eating a bowl of fiber cereal a day and thats it. im not hungry at ALL. i will do this for days and then one day i just eat everything in sight(and i do mean everything, last night i baked a loaf of banana bread, ate the entire thing,then had 2 fully loaded salads, and pasta, and everything else that is bad for you)
i havent ate anything all day now because my stomach is sooo bloated and the thought of food is literally making me sick. i dont know why the hell some days i have to force myself to eat a little something and then one day im starved because of it. whats up with this? and what can i do to change it?
*to add, i have had eating disorders in the past but i really feel this is not related to that, and im not on any meds at the time*
