shit no i started at 26 and im a top earner at my club. we also have a hottie who is almost 50 and has a way better body than most of the younger girls.

i thought the same as you but believe me dancers are not all 18-21. actually at my club the average age would be about 24-26.

25 definitely isn't too old to start dancing. I know several dancers who didn't start until they were 30 or older.

To paraphrase Bridgette: you're never too old as long as you look good.

LOL no way! 35 might be pushing it as a starting age, but 25 is a great age to start, IMO (more grounded and mature but still young enough to have plenty of good years left).

    25 too old? NO WAY!
I know tons of women who started dancing when they were well over 18.
Before I started dancing I thought everybody was going to look like super models.....Boy,was I wrong.Dont be intimated just give it a try and you will see that it will probably be alot differant than you thought

    Good Luck and have fun

Depends heavily on your fitness level and general looks (which can include illusion techniques - of course, that's true of any age). Do a search & you'll find quite a few threads where this is discussed in depth. I started almost a year ago - at 34.

Is 25 too old?? No way! I started at 28 and am turning 30 this August. I look very young for my age and take care of my body. As long as you look good and take care of yourself there shouldn't be any problems.

Ha yea I thought the same thing...

Just picture being a greasy old man 45-plus....a 25 year old to them may as well be 18, right?

oh and also this is never a good question, I'm left wondering what horrible aging type things are going to start happening to my body/face at 25....a mere 3 years away!! Wtf...

    Not too old - there's a 50 year old stripper I've met...

From my experience I would say that 25 is a great age to start, not too young not too old.I started at 21 and still going, turning 34 later this year.
    Good luck to you!

Living on your own and being broke for awhile while trying out different career paths first is probably better. I started at 25 and had my priorities straight in a way that I have rarely see true for teens in the biz (aside from college kids but even they have issues.) The older you are the more likely youll take it seriously. I personally wish that 25 was the minimum age to dance.
