Okay i am really working hard on uping my cals. I don't want to go above 1600 though so here is what i am eating is this healthy for wieght mgt.
730am 260 cal protien shake (100% whey protien)
10 30 am 1 tsp naturl peanut butter on 100% whole grain english muffin with 1/2 banna (265)
130pm Turkey sandwich (100 cals) 100 cal pack snack
430 12 almonds (100 cals) 60 cal yogurt
on the way to work __ portien shake
at work later sourth beach diet meal (290 cals)
dose that look healthy and correct?
