    Default is this to much food

    Okay i am really working hard on uping my cals. I don't want to go above 1600 though so here is what i am eating is this healthy for wieght mgt.

    730am 260 cal protien shake (100% whey protien)
    10 30 am 1 tsp naturl peanut butter on 100% whole grain english muffin with 1/2 banna (265)
    130pm Turkey sandwich (100 cals) 100 cal pack snack
    430 12 almonds (100 cals) 60 cal yogurt
    on the way to work __ portien shake
    at work later sourth beach diet meal (290 cals)

    dose that look healthy and correct?

    I know i need veggies i just hate them I am such a baby lol. I will add some broccli to my lunch its not alot of cals and its good for me.

    most vegetables are basically free calories. you have to eat tons of greens, for example, to get even 100 calories in. like a pound of them. salad greens that don't contain iceberg lettuce= teh win.

    You definitely need some dark leafy greens in there. I'm seeing a ton of protein in your diet and those veggies will be your friends, trust me!

    Try putting some spinach and tomato in the turkey sandwich, maybe? Or you could put some strawberries or blueberries in the yogurt.
