I know of and have known girls who worked their way through law school dancing, I don't think it will be a problem as long as you work far from home and school. The girls I knew made sure they worked far from where they went to school.
Alot of guys in the clubs admire a girl who is dancing to put herself through law school, they see you you as having goals, and being independent which presents you as even more attractive.

i have known a few girls who worked their way thru law shcool dancing, and i dont think it really affected them negatively. but you may run across customers after you graduate and are in the law world working..
Love it!

Theres a girl I work with whos a law student or soon to be. She keeps a low profile by not doing any net work or modeling stuff. But I think the choice not to do those is mostly her and not law school. Although she has mentioned before that she is worried about the law school finding out that she's a stripper. Overall it hasnt effected her one bit and she does very well at school and work.

My professor (guy) did private parties while he was doing his master's and phd. That's how I ended up getting into the biz. But he did tell me one of his students lost her athletic scholarship when someone from school found out she was stripping as she was not permitted to work during the academic year.
If you work a good 45 minutes to an hour from school it should be fine.
I am entering a grad program at a relatively conservative school in the fall, and I am a little nervous about people finding out. But it ain't gonna stop me. My job is too fun.

Hi!
I just finished my first year of Law school yesterday : )
I' ve also been dancing for a bit more than a year and a half, in the same city as I go to school. I've never met anyone from my classes, thank god!
It hasen't affected me at all, if anything, this is the perfect job for me. It pays for tuition, I'm from Canada, I don't think tuition here is as half as expensive as in the states, and also pays for lots of extras that most law students can't afford like nice clothes, travelling, you know...all the fun things in life!
I have a few classmates who know what I do, but only selected friends. But in the end, even if anyone else knew, they can't do anything, dancing isn't illegal so there's nothing they can say really. Of course there's always gonna be the people who look down on dancers, but that's everywhere, not just in law school. I would just make sure to keep very low profile, and be very carefull about who you tell and you should be fine. I'm not sure how it is in the states, but in Canada it would be against the law to discriminate on a student because of her profession. I'm really not worried at all.
Once I start doing internships, I'll stop for sure, but for now, it's just too perfect, I make my own schedule, can work as many days as I want, save up lots of cash during the summer and study hard all year.
So basically I think you should go for it, we're not the first ones to do it and we wont be the last either!
If ever you have questions, don't hesitate to pm me
Sorry if I made some spelling mistakes...I'm French canadian, please forgive me!
Good luck!

wow! thanks for all the information. i'm also glad to see fellow law students/stripper (or soon to be).
I know one. She keeps a very low profile. Definately don't have any promotional or b-day pictures taken while you're working.
If you think school is hard, try being stupid.

I'm a law student ex-stripper. Jaizaine on this board is also a law student.

^ hehe
yeah im just about to finish law.
i wont be putting stripping on my resume and dont go telling too many people coz the legal community is very snobby about who they hire etc.
I dont know where you are living but I know some area in the US require a dancers licence, prob not a good idea for u to work in those cities.

Yep, 's why I'm careful about not giving away any potentially identifying details on boards like this and NEVER let anyone photograph me in a strip club. Needless to say, stripping is also not on my resume.
It's also why I'd never do anything like SuicideGirls or any kind of nude modelling that would be seen by the public and that includes shots of my face. Stage names are also a great idea.
