Do we have any swimmers in the house? Because I'm getting a little bored of the cycle/ellyptical/inline (but not my Bikram!) routine, I'm thinking of hitting the lap pool at the gym. While I've used it a few times, it has been an unorganized activity.
Does anyone have a lap pool programme--say, X number of crawl laps, then X number of butterfly, etc.--that they use? Also, aside from the usual stretching routines, what is a good, complementary weight routine for swimming?
