So I am thinking of getting ready to get back into dancing soon, I just wanted to know which club you like the best:
Hi-Liter
Centerfolds
or
CC Phoenix
Also what are the cost for dances and do they have a VIP?
Thank you![]()

The only girls doing well at CC-P right now are the ones with established customers. Luckily I fall into that category, but it's still hit or miss. This april has been just plain weird. It started off with my worst night ever in my 7 1/2 year career (negative 22 dollars) but I've also had an abnormal string of 1000+ nights. I can't figure it out. Ditto for too many girls.

CC Tempe.. has been slower but not terrible. I've been doing better on week night as opposed to weekends. wierd. but yea, they have VIP, its $450 an hr, you get $200..
I don't know much about Centerfolds or Hilighter. Goodluck!

^^I have also heard the same thing about CCT - better on weeknights. Honestly I can't be bothered to work there, too many rules!
lol. They said they do it every hour? i don't think i've ever done it EVERY hour.. maybe like 5x's in a night and on slow nights not at all. Its a pain, but i've never NOT sold one, they're that easy to sell. Also I think if you don't sell them, you can just get your $ back. Not sure though..

I rarely sell them. Instead I find a guy who wants a dance during the feature. 9 times out of 10 he doesn't want the TShirt. So I take it back, get my $10 back that I had to pay for the shirt, come back out and dance the remainder of the first song for "free" and then "only" charge him $10 for the 2nd song. I refuse to only profit $5 per song. It requires a bit more running around, but I'm an energetic person. In the instance that the customer DOES want the merchandise, I explain that I have to charge him $30 for the two songs to cover my expenses.
I had it out with the management that I wanted documentation of each and every item I was forced to buy for tax purposes. It is a legal deduction, and adds up to about $4,000 per year. They told me that there was "no way" that could provide that information for me. So I said there was "no way" I was going to to sabotage my business profits for an undocumented expense.

^hahaGood on ya.
I did not sell the one merchandise thing at CCT. Of course they called it right after I got on the floor so I hadn't even gotten the lay of the land yet, but still, the customers I saw were rather uptight and NOT buying from me. I am not some ugly or stuck up bitch either. Clearly the place was not for me and I am damn well not gonna screw around with some merchandise crap, even if it's "only" 5 times a night. That is just a waste of time and frankly, an insulting way to squeeze more cash out of the girls. Fuck that!!!
Only 5x a night equals one every hour if you come in at 9pm. They do them on slow nights too, maybe not so often, but they still do them. I do not have a problem selling them at all. I just hate doing it. It is not my job to sell your piece of branded crap! They get everything made in bulk, which means it costs them very little money. Then they charge the dancers $10!! WTF? If it is that important to get your tees out there, give them away! I think it's really unfair to profit off the girls for those stupid tshirts and mugs. And the other thing that annoys me about them - if you are doing dances for someone and they wanna keep going, you have to stop making money to do their "extravaganza". Now why should I have to stop making money to give you $10 and go do a free dance?

That's exactly my point. It often kills a hustle, AND it's a huge insult. I'd rather they just raise the damn house fees and give the fucking shirts away at the door. It's like they think they're sneaking some shit over on us by taking our money that way instead of just raising fees. Assholes. I find it extremely insulting to my intelligence AS WELL AS an inconvenient, annoying buzzkill that interferes with hustling.
And 5 times a night is waaaaayyy too much.

^Ha no shit!! I was thinking that too. The girls don't even get 50% of the sale - that is utter bullshit and I am surprised they have ANY girls at that club, considering there are so many places to work with less bullshit in Phoenix! I did not know they had such a shitty VIP cut or I would've laughed in their faces as I walked right out the door the night I auditioned![]()

Carmen didn't explain that it's a minimum $200/hr rate for the dancer $250 for the one time purchase of the bottle of champagne. If the customer stays for a second hour, he doesn't have to buy another bottle, just pay the dancer.
Note to CCT girls- the dancer's hourly rate is negotiable, we do it all the time at CC-P. Personally I always negotiate for $300/hour, but on a slow night will do it for $250/hour. I also rarely sell the champagne. At CCP I just take them to the 8.50 drink section and negotiate either $20/dance or by the hour.
Despite my moaning and groaning earlier this month...followed by a frantic search for a new club...I beat my all time April profit record by more than a grand!!!!! So it is my belief that consistency is the key. It was so weird, I can't tell you how many times old custies from years ago popped back in and said "Hey Avalon, remember me? you danced for me that last time I was here in March of 2005, lets go to VIP for the rest of the night" The past two weeks have been dreamy!!!!
On to May, ugh...always my worst month of the year.

Thank you guys!!! I am still not sure where I will end up. I am going to check each club out then see which one I liked.
