    Default ironic rule changes

So I went back to the nude club I like to work at during the weekends after being gone for a few months and was unpleasently surprised. There is a biggggggg sign in the fitting room that talks about girls getting busted and convicted of being a sex offender without actually doing it. For talking dirty...for letting cusomers touch them. Also, a dancer informed me that the bouncers have been telling the managers that a girl is doing illegal stuff if they feel they are not being tippe enough. The bouncers don't actually tell guys to keep hands to themselves. They just mark dances. The girl will then get fired. However, 2 vip rooms now also have a door on it with just a window peephole. It's 200 for 30 min to the club and we can charge whatever we want....anywhere from 300-1000-!!! Isn't that encouraging the illegal stuff?

How should shady bouncers be dealt with?

Well I'd say tip them appropriately (not excessively, unless deserved), but I'm not sure I fully understand.
Are you saying they turn a blind eye if they do see illegal things as long as they are getting money out of it, or that they are fabricating illegal scenarios to pressure dancers to pay up??
If the dancers in your club are reluctant to tip out to the security, they may just be feeling like they're working for you ladies and you are not working for them .. or with them, ya know?

I'm confused too. Can you explain it a little more?

my read is as follows ...

    - the club is tacitly letting it be known that some girls have been and continue to offer 'extras' to customers

    - the club is tacitly letting dancers know that if they attempt to offer 'extras' to customers without sharing a 'taste' with bouncers that trouble will follow

Sorry about being confusing! I was on a rant! The managers probably don't want illegal stuff to happen, the bouncers don't care as long AS LONG AS THEY GET TIPPED. THe problem is, they are never satisfied. AND they want a big tip even if you DOn;t need them to turn a blind eye. At this club the DJ, manager, and the bouncers (as a group not individually) want a dallar a dance tip. This means after the house takes $17 out of $40 for a nude dance, and $7 out of $20 for a topless dance, an additional $3 per dance is wanted for tips. This means dancers only make $20 a nude and $10 a topless. The customers also expect higher miliage. Boobie touching can be seen even on stage....The only good thing about working at this club is that there are a bunch or rich lil kids that I like to harass. They are way more well behaved than the older gross men. SO that's why I go there to work. Am I suppose to tell the manger about bouncer comments? The bouncers mark the dances so I don' know what to do

The managers probably know about the bouncer's greed when it comes to tipping. They probably don't care though. Are there other dancers that are bothered by this, if there are, there is strength in numbers, if you know what I mean.
